Customer Service Rocks!
My 30-year old daughter had an annual physical with bloodwork a few weeks ago. She's been told she has a "fatty liver." Randomly, an ad on Facebook for Purelia popped up. The ad claims complete healing of the liver and that there is a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. I ordered 5 bottles. I was skeptical because I have tried this with other companies now and then and the biggest problem is that they claim you can cancel, you can get a money=back and all you have to do is contact Customer Service, only to find that no one ever answers the phone or the email just goes nowhere. But with Purelia, almost immediately after I ordered the 5 bottles, I got the receipt for the purchase and it showed that there was an additional $50 charged for an additional product I had not chosen. I jumped in and immediately and sent an email to Purelia's customer service. Within 15 minutes, 15 minutes!, I got an instant reply stating that they would refer it to a department and someone would get back t me. I thought, oh, no, here we go, the "hurry and wait," and the "we're processing it" all over again. NOT SO! Another 15 minutes went by and I happen to be out running an errand when I checked my bank balance. That $50 charge had immediately been returned to me! Within 30 minutes of it happening! LOUISE G. from Customer Service had jumped right in, took care of the mistake and my refund was safely back in my hands. She also assured me that I would have the 60-day Money Back Guarantee and was gracious enough to offer to oversea any difficulties I might have in future. I don't expect to have any difficulties and if I do, I am comforted in knowing that LOUIS G. will be there to support me.

Pure Ingredient Equals Better Liver Health
After receiving my order # 119421 one of my bottles of Purelia was broken inside the shipping bag. I took a photo and sent it to officialpurelia.com and within 5 minutes Tom from Purelia responded, took a look at the photo of broken bottle and in another 4 minutes Tom had an order processed # 139762. I am very impressed. I initially ordered 3 bottles to try and I have gone 2 bottles and on the third. I am less bloated and sluggish, I have a little more energy and lost a few pounds. I know its not a cure all fix all but I feel and see it is helping so as I continue with Purelia I hope to see more positive results. I go back to my regular doctor in November and will have blood tests. HopefuI results show improvements.
