Official London Theatre  Arvostelua

Quick, helpful response.

Good prices and superb customer service from Amy. Will definitely use this company again when buying theatre tickets.

Two seniors from USA on holiday in London. Looked forward to seeing Operation Mincemeat but needed a special assist with ticketing. Amy at London Theatre could not have been more helpful or professional. Due to her efforts we enjoyed excellent seating and had a wonderful experience.

The discounts are good, but the system not great. There isn't anyone to call if you are trying to book on the website, and I was trying to buy the last ticket in the theatre but it kept telling me I couldn't leave a single seat. I wanted to buy one ticket and it was the only seat available. This is a system error that is not acceptable if you wish to visit the theatre alone.

After making a mistake in booking I contacted official London theatre immediately and they were able to reply in a quick and helpful manner, with instructions on how to rectify the issue. Amy, was most helpful

Exceptional service from Amy. I had made an error with my ticket booking, despite it being my fault Amy was super helpful in helping me get this resolve exactly how I wanted to. Was super clear with the instructions and followed everything through perfectly. Can’t fault the service and attitude, absolutely top notch. Thank you

Amy was incredibly helpful and friendly to communicate with when I had experienced a problem with my tickets. They’ve made it possible for a wonderful trip to the theatre :-)

Excellent customer service by the resolutions team when I needed to switch out my tickets for different seats to accommodate adding one more to our party. Their communications were prompt and helpful. The interaction gave me confidence in continuing to purchase tickets through Officiallondontheatre.com. Thank you! We are looking forward to the show.

Excellent customer service. Amy responded to my query promptly, professionally and with care. The company values its customers and strives to do the best for them so they have a positive experience. I’m really impressed and grateful for Amy’s support and that she prioritised my query and dealt with it so quickly and effortlessly. Thank you Amy.

We used Official London Theatre to book tickets to The Producers, which was a very easy and efficient process. However we were unable to get to London on the booked dates due to our son requiring surgery for a broken leg. I contacted the company to explain the situation and Chloe and Danielle were incredibly helpful; friendly, professional and efficient. They were able to move the tickets and the whole experience was an exemplar of excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Official London Theatre and will definitely book through this company in the future.

I had to move my tickets to another date due to family funeral and these guys couldn’t have been more helpful.

Super helpful team. I dealt with Amy who was so quick and sorted my situation with ease.

I accidentally booked and paid for a matinee show (Hamilton) instead of for the evening performance.

Although I only made the booking 30 minutes before the show, I emailed the Official London Theatre explaining my error.

I was delighted to receive an immediate reply informing me they had contacted the theatre concerned and they were happy to refund my payment.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the customer services of the booking office who were able to sort out the problem.

Would definitely recommend using the Official London Theatre for future seat bookings.

Coming from Australia 12 times since 1992, and being avid theatre goers, we have always used Official London Theatre website, both from Australia and here in London. The service has always been easy to use, prompt, helpful and reliable. Because of age this will be our last trip, so thank you so much for your assistance for well over 100 times.

Amy who delt with my query was most helpful and resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. I am delighted with the support I received.

Thank you so much to Amy who helped me reschedule tickets at last minute due to a family emergency. Much appreciated! I have a very happy 9 year old.

Amy from official London theatre, was really helpful and a godsend. She was really swift with the reply via email and even though I had bought a non refundable ticket, as a goodwill gesture she was happy to change my ticket as I had booked the wrong show time.

Couldnt find my tickets anywhere and had a panic! Amy Replied immediately and resent all my booking details and tickets over. Phew… off to see Evita we go!

We wanted to switch our seats for a better view, and Amy, the Theatre Customer Service Senior Agent, was extremely helpful. She explained the process clearly and responded quickly.
