Great! Amy from customer service was fast ans sweet!

Super helpful staff, I got fast and kind assistance with my tickets reschedule.

Really enjoyed the experience and would definitely use them again, but there was one small frustration.

I've booked theatre tickets through Official London Theatre a couple of times now and have generally been really impressed. There's a good selection of shows, the offers are easy to find and the whole thing feels much less complicated than some of the other ticketing sites I've used.

This particular booking was for a last-minute show and, unfortunately, I had a problem with the tickets after ordering. I contacted customer service expecting a long wait or unhelpful automated response, but I was pleasantly surprised.

They got back to me very quickly and the person I dealt with was genuinely helpful. They sorted the problem out without making me explain the whole story three times, which frankly deserves some credit these days!

The only reason I'm giving four stars is that the tickets themselves took longer to come through than expected. Once I contacted them, though, everything was resolved and the tickets arrived in time.

We had a great evening and I would happily book through Official London Theatre again. The customer service in particular was excellent - friendly, quick and reassuring.

Four stars only because the ticket delivery gave me a minor heart attack. Otherwise, a very good experience and one I'd happily repeat.

We needed to re-book our tickets, and needed help finding out about access tickets. The support staff were very prompt with dealing with our needs and helped us sort everything out.

I accidentally booked 2 sets of 2 tickets for a performance at opposite ends of a row. I emailed on a Saturday not expecting a response and Amy emailed me back within minutes and then sorted it out for me so we are sat in a 4 next to each other. Super efficient, helpful and much appreciated as a customer!

Fantastic customer service from Amy and Dannielle. They both went above and beyond to sort out an exchange for my ticket to see Les Miserables after I was unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally booked three tickets for the wrong date and contacted Official London Theater as soon as I realized the mistake. They responded quickly, refunded the incorrect booking, and made it easy for me to rebook the correct performance. I was expecting the process to be a hassle, but it was handled promptly and professionally. Really impressed with the service and would absolutely book through them again.

As a new tourist I was hoping for a review or explanation of the best way to get affordable tickets. The gal had zero personality and was only interested in showing me prices on the screen. I asked if same day tix were cheaper, all she could do was look at the screen. I could’ve saved myself a tube ride and done everything at home on computer. She was very annoyed by my questions.

I had booked tickets to see Cabaret this Saturday. One of my party became ill. I contacted the Customer Service desk this morning. Jen dealt with my request promptly. We were able to exchange the tickets for the following Saturday.

Absolutely brilliant service,
We had booked three shows this summer via kids week, one with a group of friends (Hercules) much better than expected all had a great time.
Then six for my youngest to go with her dad, and devil wears prada for myself and eldest.
My eldest has had an unfortunate accident and we have managed to get our show pushed back a week to let her get used to crutches before we head back to London. We really appreciate having this sorted and she is over the moon to hopefully feel better with a week extra to heal.
Super fast friendly communication made it even simpler to sort.
