Used to be great but now rebranded as United Sortware. Bought a license yesterday but when I entered the code MS rejects it saying “this code has already been redeemed”.
No response from their support after 3 emails.
best avoid at the moment.

Follow up: 2/11 Eventually got a response with another code. That didn't work either. Asked for refund. Came through a couple of weeks later.

I found your website and saw the great prices on Windows products. I bought three W10 Pro licenses but could not confirm until today if they worked. I can now say I will buy more hopefully at the same price.

I never ordered anything online and this company tried to charged something on my visa card. Good thing that my bank called to verify and confirmed it with me!

The Microsoft Professional Plus 2019 license that I bought has stopped working, softwaregeeks has now rebranded as "theunitysoft.com" and no longer recognises my old account.

The support page on theunitysoft.com is blank so there is no support available.

Bought Microsoft Office 2010....received exactly what I bought. Worked perfectly and the lifetime licence key, to activate, was accepted with no problem..Excellent price too.

These guys sold me a license that does not work, I have emailed them many times and just got excuses, asking me for screenshots etc etc. They are obviously not going to help me, so I have asked for a refund, and guess what? no refund.

I am going to contact my bank to try for a chargeback but not holding my breath.

I did hear from the company, they provided a new link that works and I am good to go! feeling much better!

I purchased a download and key for Windows Pro 10. My link to the download did not work (invalid download link message appears) and I've emailed support and gotten no response.
Very frustrating and currently feeling like a waste of money.
Hoping I will hear back from them and get some resolution and a link that works to download what I purchased.

I am getting problem to enter the key given to access my software, I have already all the relevant information but still nobody reply to me. Not able to download the software, no help and there is no phone number to speak to anybody. I need a respond asap.

Easy and quick. I was worried about legitimacy, but code came right away and worked. Media is easily downloadable from microsoft.com. This Win10 Pro upgraded an HP DV7 laptop.

After downloading, first product Key did not work. Contacted customer support and received a second product key that had more characters than the first,,,, and more than requested to enter.
Contacted customer support for a refund,,,, Im still waiting

Got the key immediately. Validated a new install immediately. No issues whatsoever. Have already recommended to friends. Thanks!
