I usually buy hylo night from Amazon for my dog as she cannot blink due to facial paralysis. I went into a panic when I couldn’t get my hands on any thankfully this site wasn’t sold out first time ordering from here no issues whatsoever and came within three working days.

Great price and great not to have the hassle of walking to the nearest chemist and speedy delivery

A few days ago I submitted a 1 * review for this Company. I am pleased to say I have since had an email apologising for the delay in delivery, as Royal Mail had lost the parcel. They immediately sent out a replacement which I received today. Thank you for correcting this promptly.

Still not received the latest order despite Royal Mail saying delivered!

I placed an order for eye drops.
There’s a shortage of this eye drops in the country so when I saw it in stock on Ocular Expres’s website, I ordered it immediately.
However, after three days, I received an email saying that the product was out of stock and if possible to receive another item that says not for sale but it’s the same product.
Of course, I said no and requested for a refund.
I don’t think that they were happy with my request for the refund. They refunded me all right but the method of refund was not the norm.
They refunded me using an eCheque. They could’ve just refunded me by the same way that I paid them. They could’ve just refunded back onto my card which would only take 3 - 5 working days to clear.
But an eCheque put my refund into pending for 7 working days to be processed and another 3 - 5 working days to be cleared on to my original payment. Long process for no good reason.
Due to the bank holiday weekend it took 10 days to clear on my PayPal account and another 3 - 5 working days to complete.
I would not recommend Ocular Express to anyone.
There are ample online Pharmacies without the added hassle of having to go back and forth over a refund which should’ve been easy and straightforward.
But was not and as I write I still haven’t received my refund yet or should I say it’s still not cleared.

I feel that you are interested in making me feel satisfied with your service, which I am. On this occasion the two small packs were posted together in the same packing and I was very pleased to receive them without the previous problem of one going astray. Keep up the good work!
