Octopus Energy for Business Arvostelua

Called regarding a suspecting scam call from Octopus Energy - Dexter was able to confirm that the call was NOT from Octopus and explained to me what the scammers 'angle' was (unauthorised switching of provider) and how Octopus protect our account against these things. I am now feeling very reassured and happy to block the suspect number.

My experience with Dan was excellent, he was quick to realise what my issue was and to resolve it. However, Octopus are not a good company to deal with and Dan wouldn't have had to do any resolving at all if Octopus were any good. I wanted Dan to get his due credit and intend to submit a separate review for Octopus.

Sabrina was fantastic, she made our switch over so simple, she was kind polite a breath of fresh air after all the problems we have had with our last supplier.
prices where the cheapest as well. But i also think the app and support are brilliant as i already use them at home.

Why we like OCTOPUS ☆¥¥¥
Correspondence replied to both FULLY but also to the POINT.
All matters RESOLVED.
The SUPERB APP is REASON ALONE we are with OCTOPUS -

JOSEPH was superb in explaining re upgrades to SMART METERS where we have 3 phase supply.
Believe me LIFE has been far easier since we said GOOD-BY to other previous suppliers JOHN Wirral

informative, efficient and carried out the transfer of business accounts really easily.

He was helping to take meter reads and I asked for BOTH ACCOUNTS for me to pay.
He only sent the business account and I am still waiting for the domestic one

The team was extremely helpful in getting our account set ip correctly.

so easy to deal with and great value. Thank you

That was a fantastic experience.
The gentleman who was there (Steven) very helpful and provided guidance.

Whenever I have to deal with Octopus, I always get a great service. Jay was great today and Damian has been great over email.

Brilliant service as usual - I contacted Octopus and spoke to Sudesh regarding new tariffs as our present one was due to end. He immediately emailed over the options with full details enabling our business to make a suitable choice. If only everything worked as well as OCTOPUS 👍

Zoe helped with and sorted out everything I needed to know in a very friendly manner. Pleasure to do business with a human being rather than a chatbot!

Although subsequently, I discovered she'd got 2 different email and two different passwords for 2 different supply addresses I'm switching to, mixed up!!

I got Sharna next and she managed to sort it out for me ok!

My inquiry was answered very quickly with any waiting on the line . Jacob was very polite and informative . As always Octopus service a good service thank you .

Really simple, friendly and professional service.

It was only a basic enquiry on my part, but Joshua dealt with the matter very promptly and efficiently.

Louis helped sort out an issue which was becoming stressful. He was calm and simplified the process.

I Hadn't realised that the lovely Dan could be classed as a they I was sure there was only one of him. That asside he did all that I asked of him very efficiently and in a friendly manner
.

George was incredibly helpful in setting up my account and was very easy to communicate with and handle any questions. Very pleased with the whole process! And a massive saving over the competition. Great all round!
