Received the mattress which for the first 100 day/night return was quite comfortable. Ironically a couple of days after the hundred day guarantee return/refund it no longer supported body and I just sunk into the mattress that felt as though I was sleeping on a cotton wool mattress without any firm support

DO NOT BUY. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I wouldnt even give it 1 star but it dosnt give you the option to give no star. We bought this mattress as my husband suffers with back and neck pain and on the advert it says it will get ride of back and neck pain but it didn't. Bought this matteres 2 years ago. I submitted a warranty claim as the mattress was miss shaped and there was a ridge between me and my husband. They came to assess it and said it was normal just and we had the wrong type of bed frame for the mattress. Because the wooden slates were to far apart. We argued that when we bought the mattress they never said about the bed frame. We are now looking at a new mattress.

Bought the essentials mattress in a double size. Delivery took 3 weeks. Left the mattress for 24 hour's after unpacking to fully expand.
Strong chemical smell? First four nights sleep I awoke very hot every morning. Now after 4 nights of use I am experiencing dizzy spells which I have never had before? Maybe due to the chemical smell?
On the TV advertising it stated that the mattress expels warm air on movement and draws in cool air so you awake feeling refreshed. Nope! You awake hot and wet with sweat.
The recovery time of the octospring and memory foam isn't very fast. Meaning that if you move to a different position during sleeping. You soon fall back into the position you have just moved from. My advice? Look elsewhere.

Ordered of tv waited 3 weeks has just arrived changed over my other 2 toppers I had on to new dormeo well stripped the bed new one on mrs is out gunna see if she notices was gunna keep quite to see but she will notice straight away like I have absolute superb best thing ever update to follow

delivery was so slow, not what all the advertising claimed plus o information was forthcoming. They do not live up to the hype, apart from that the mattress topper is okay.

It’s sagging, I’m so bummed. I can’t find where to review on their website so hopefully people see this. I submitted a ‘warranty’ claim and they denied it. Their ‘best in the business warranty’ is a total lie. Do not buy this topper. My husband and I are 195 lb (him), and 140 lbs (me). There’s no reason this should be happening. I had a feeling it was going to happen because of the feel and thinness of the topper but I figured if it didn’t work out, I’d be able to get the warranty promised to help me. I wish I included pictures so you could see just how awful it is. Total rip off.

Just been watching amazing advert for octosmart mattress.
We ordered after seeing advert, however the mattress never arrived. After 2 months of excuses we asked for our money back.

Awful
useless after two years worn out, no warranty honoured .
Buyer beware and avoid.

Rip off! Ordered a topper n paid for extra pillow in November 2022. Still no delivery?!!! Fast delivery pah AVOID

I had my mattress for 12 months and it was ok. I then stored it upright for a few days while we decorated and the result was unbelievable. The mattress was so lumpy that it was completely unusable. Dormeo customer services were very difficult to deal with, it felt as if they thought I would give up. I didn’t! I have just taken the mattress to the tip and the quality of it is so bad - the coils are just sponge and easily become misplaced. Avoid this product.

I have been waiting 37 days for a mattress topper that cost £200 and it has still not arrived despite the advert saying between 5-8 days or 21-28 at busy times

Great got my hybrid deluxe mattress within the 3 to 5 days delivery time

The pillow top did exactly what they said it would! Would definitely buy again!

Order mattress in jan. Numerous phone calls to ask where it was, Turns up April and absolutely stinks, even the pillows . Refused a refund, refused a return ,£280 down the drain , excuse after excuse !!! Told to claim via bank , bank refused !!!

Complete and utter fraud is what this is !! Promised a 60 money back guarantee both before and after the company was taken over by yourselves . So it’s false advertising????
Trading under the same name selling the same mattresses?? Ripping people off in a time of people struggling with the cost of living ! Should be utterly ashamed !! Please do not purchase a thing from Dormeo they are not who they make out to be !!!! I wouldn’t give any stars at all !

So pleased the octasmart arrived yesterday. Can't wait to open the sealed bag and sleep on it, have only purchased dormeo mattress's 10+ because they are soo nice to sleep on

Dormeo replied saying they informed me of a longer wait... They did not... I was told 10 to 15 days.. Probably earlier.. Just as I have said in my review.... Please don't make out I am not telling the truth.. You need to be honest with customers.. I rang on day 16 to see where order was.. When I was informed that they were dealing with customers who are still waiting for their orders from when it went into administration.. This is the shocking side of it.. You are advertising like there is not a problem. Now if you look at your reviews... Which I wish I had done.. Then I would not have wasted a minute of my life dealing with you as many of us are having the same issues... Take responsibility and admit all is not good instead of making out customers are informed well.... By the way my mattress...is arriving tomorrow from a well known friendly and helpful company... No frills... Just honesty.... With quality.

Octi smart plus topper was delivered 2 weeks ago after a long wait however its the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on its so lumpy I ended up removing it from my bed through the night. Supposed to be 60 day trial if not satisfied money will be refunded but I have to pay return costs which I cannot afford to do complete rip off

Most comfortable mattress topper ever! I feel as though I have a new bed and finally having a good sleep! It’s amazing and worth the investment :D
