A warranty of a dozen years inspires conflidence. The old mattress only caused headaches and terrible sleep. THANKS, I DON`T NEED IT! I`M TIRED! The new mattress gave me a great night`s sleep and now I am energized every day to run the world!

Had it 2 years, now both me and girlfriend wake up every morning with back pain , supposed to have a 18 year guarantee, customer services didn’t want to know !!

Honestly the company and the topper are worthless.
Ordered one directly from them directly after 2 months it hadn't arrived I contacted dormeo twice and got a short email back saying a refund had been issued per my request I didn't ask for a refund!!
So got the refund whent to Argos and got a double octosmart

The worst mattress you can buy in Australia.
I purchased in October 2022 and started developing dips and hums in 6 months.
Contacted customer service, no response, sent an email again with photos.
In next 6 months it started falling apart with all layers inside misplaced everywhere.
It is with 10 years warranty, however did not last even 10 months.
I tried calling the company, apparently the company changed ownership which looks dodgy, and completely not legal as they changed only the email for customers complains, the website and the purchases exactly the same (octasmart.com.au)
I sent them all photos, and they said they can not replace, however I can purchase a new one for $115 plus shipping ?$#@% as if the initial $700 were not enough.
I would have given less than one star if possible.
I am preparing a complaint to Customer Protection.
I wish I could attach the photos.

Octosmart Plus mattress after 3 years started developing a hug dip on my side. I am not a heavy person. Looking at the construction of this mattress I am confident the coils at the base have collapsed.
Contacted Customer Services who gave extremely specific guidelines to photograph and measure the dip, the bed, the bed base, which took me ages and multiple emails.
Of course the photos don't show the dip - it's only when you put weight on it that it's obvious.
Their claim that 5-15% sinkage is normal is their get-out clause. We cannot use the mattress and it was a total waste of quite a lot of money.
I'm tempted to cut it open and take photos - I hear someone did this and posted to Youtube, I haven't managed to find the video in all the massive amounts of marketing ads.
Do not buy from this company - you'll be totally wasting your money.

I bought a Dormeo Octasmart mattress topper, looking for comfort with hip problems.
It’s like sleeping on a floor covered in pebbles. I woke up screening in pain. Do not buy if you want to sleep in your bed.

I had the topper was thin and wasn't comfortable they say send it back is free its not they wanted to charge 40 to return it I couldn't afford it so stuck with it I'm going to speak to the ombudsman it's false advertising

Terrible mattress. The worst I have ever bought. Tried to contact customer service but no help.

I received the octasmart mattress the soft-medium one but when I went and slept on it for a few weeks I had to go to the doctor and get painkillers for my back the mattress was so hard it was unbelievable. So I then went onto purchasing the octasmart mattress topper which was fine for about two weeks then it started to fold in the middle where your backside is on it,both the mattress and the topper was a complete waste of money I won't be recommending them to anyone

You would have to try really hard to make a mattress worse than the Octasmart, Unless you like sleeping in a trench. The worst purchase we have made in 30 years of marriage. Look elsewhere!

I wouldn't recommend the Octosmart plus mattress. Like most of the complaint reviews I have read we ended up with a substantial dip either side of the bed. I was about to ring them as the mattress has a 20 year warranty but after reading the reviews I don't hold out much hope. Looking at the warranty it says the thickness of the mattress can reduce by 5% to 15% and such reduction is considered normal, so I think Dormeo are probably covered by that for this complaint. My feeling is that the mattress is not fit for purpose and I will look elsewhere for my next purchase.

Slumping badly after 2 years. Really disappointed will have to replace. In spite of regular turning I now have painful lower back. Poor design for the costly £600. Also as everyone says delivery/customer service was terrible at first. I cannot recommend. (also have you noticed that Dormeo have filled up 9-10 pages on Google over 150+ links with their own glowing adverts and reviews before you can find a critical review page like this... this is a sales ploy to disguise the negative reviews... sneaky sneaky!)

Been looking at new mattress, having read the difficulties and poor quality and customer service from these people have crossed them off the list. Looks like bensons for beds for me

Ok at first but now useless.

Dormeo octasmart plus mattress purchased Easter 2022, for the first year of owning I was working away from home so only slept two nights a week so the initial shallow dip didn't bother me. Sweaty in summer. After 6 months of being home every night, the now deep dip means I must lay on my back; uncomfortable if on my front or side. Dip remains after a weekend away.
Rotating the mattress doesn't help.
Replacing as soon as I have the money.
I'll never buy a memory foam mattress again.

Not as described. Doesn’t measure what it should. Doesn’t keep its shape after use.

They say it is a king size mattress but when you put it on the bed it turns out to be smaller, after a time it starts to sag

Again tried to resolve my complaint after my recent trustpilot review...waste of time...I'm now taking them to County Court. Stay away from Dormeo!!!

We bought an octosmart mattress had it for just over 2 years and it now has 2 huge dips. Which shouldn’t happen I emailed customer services no response whatsoever so much for a 15 year guarantee not worth the paper it’s written on wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole

After waiting 4 week this topper arrived. Its the worse purchase I have made. Its uncomfortable. Wake up with painful joint Never had a rest full night sleep since I got it. Not worth over £200 I paid.

There is not a hope of the OCTAsmart topper recovering after 6 months, never mind 12 months. Further advice taken but by looking at the reviews now I'm not surprised, I just hope you never paid the price we paid for a product that was "delayed" and then unfit for purpose within less than 6 months. If it costs me the same to ship it back I will. Please add your topper tag number to the review.
