The three sets of earrings are nice. My issue is 2 days after I ordered 3 sets of earrings you all announced an buy 3 get 2 free sale. My order had not even shipped yet, I feel I should have been contacted and included in this offer.

Placed my order 3 weeks ago and still waiting delivery. Tracker said delivered 4 days ago but nothing received. Emailed support immediately. Still waiting for a response!

ive had my necklace as a gift for quite a while now and loved it. i used to track my turtle almost every day. a few months ago my link stopped working. i could not find contact details for your company so im praying someone will see this and will be able to contact me!

Definitely a scam. Saw a lovely FB ad and bought 4 turtle necklaces for my children. Worked beautifully (even though I figured out that they were just using another company's tracking system) a few times and now the website is shut down. The entire point to my purchase was for the tracking purposes for my children to experience and grow their love of marine biology. Unfortunately, instead Ocean Project taught them not to trust small online businesses. They learned about scams, legally robbing people of their money and happiness. DO NOT BUY from Ocean Project if ever they do decide to re-open with a new scam.

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. I received my turtle necklace for Christmas 2021. His name is Tamarind. I was happily able to track him and successful until hurricane Ian hit Florida, then boom! All tracking ceased. Any communication I had with Oceanproject was unsuccessful. I bought a shark for my friend also, same story. Actually same story times 4 as another friend purchased turtles for 2 of his friends. Shame on you Oceanproject!!!

scammers. On the website now it says shut down. It’s been well over a couple of years and never got my order for the opal ring. A huge disappointment and don’t buy from them huge let down and apparently they scammed a lot of people with all these reviews.

My Husband purchased the Mako Shark necklace (aka Blu), the Loggerhead turtle necklace (aka Justine) and the Dolphin (aka Flipper). He did this for me just out of the blue for no special reason other than he knew how much I love marine life. I was able to track them for about a month and then all I keep getting is host error message when I try to track them. Such a letdown… I just don’t have a heart to tell him that he was scammed when he asks if I have checked on them lately. I seriously wish that this was real and that I was able to leave a five star rating BUT I’m only leaving a 2 star rating because the necklaces are pretty. And the fact that my husband is not a romantic guy and usually does not think out of the box like this at all so he really put some thought into it and I hate to hurt his feelings by letting him know that he was scammed so badly. I’m SERIOUSLY brokenhearted that you have scammed so many people especially the children that got these items as gifts.

I bought 2 turtles and a shark. Received the jewellery which was lovely and all the trackers worked for a long time but all of a sudden couldn’t track anymore. Just a nothing website. Very disappointed. Won’t be buying anymore unless they can fix it. When it was working it was fantastic. Such a shame!!!

My Husband got me the turtle nicklace .I wish I know what he was doing because the tracker never worked. If I had knowed what he was doing this i would have went with someone elsa . like the turtle hospital i follow. He ask me all the time where's your turtle I just don't have the heart to tell him he has been scamed. cards are fake . no sea turtle by the name i got has been released. so sad to use people.

Ordered a turtle necklace at the beginning of November. Charged, but no update that the item was sent, item not received (it's been almost a month), and no reply to emails sent to the company.
