My order didn't come with a QR code to track any animals. I sent an email to support but received nothing back. It was a gift for my 8 year old son who would've loved being able to see where a shark swims but I've still heard nothing.

Girlfriend loves her sea turtles bracelet,I got the shark bracelet,but can't figure out how to put it on... Lol do you have instructions?

I HAVE BOUGHT MY GRANDCHILDEN THESE BEFORE. I DIDNT WANT NAVY I WANTED BRIGHT BLUE. I ALSO ASSUMED THEY WOULD COME WITH A TRACKING CARD, AND THEY DONT. USELESS TO ME

My tracking number doesn't work. I have zero faith I will actually receive my order. Every review says this is a scam

I’ve ordered before. And received name and how to track. Didn’t receive on this order ☹️

I have ordered two bracellets about two weeks ago and up to this date I have not received any information. What is more the tracking link does not exist and I wrote 5 days ago them about this to see what is going on with my order and still have not received their reaction.

Believe this to be a scam.

Purchased from here before. Had no issues, but I made a purchase over 3 weeks ago. No order confirmation, no order number. Attempted to contact support several times with no reply.

I received the bracelet. It was the wrong color and I didn’t get the shark to track with the bracelet. Tried to email three times in the last 2 1/2 weeks and I have received no reply. The number that is on the email goes to the shipping company apparently and no one knows how to get a hold of Ocean project/ocean adventure, so I can talk to a real live person

Bought this as a gift for an 11 year old. It came quickly. The quartz was not as good as expected.

When I got them I thought you could track your animal. Not so much very disappointed.

I ordered two necklaces and was provided with no tracking information. And I cannot find anywhere to get ahold of anyone. They’re basically just necklaces, pretty but I was hoping to use them.

I have been trying to contact this company for about a week. I recieved the jewelry with no way to track the animal. I am very upset that there is no one answering calls or emails.

The products I received last time I ordered were beautiful and I am hoping the new products I have ordered will have the same quality. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the customer service, I have sent an email regarding my new order as I have still not received any communication that my order has even been sent. I am still waiting for a reply from my email. I was hoping to receive the new products to give as gifts for Christmas. Please put your order in months in advance to make sure you receive the products in time.

I have not received my item I ordered this year. But the ones from last year were nice
