Ordering was quite easy. The item was exactly what I wanted. The problem came in once I got the tracking info. It NEVER worked. I had to find my own way of finding out where my item was. Every time I tried to track with the link you sent to me, all I got a screen that said ''Bad Actor''. I replied to the email you sent me but never got an answer from you. That being said I would still order more merchandise from your site. Once you get the tracking figured out, I would give a 5 star rating

I love my turtle necklace!
I love my turtle necklace it's beautiful. I'm a bit disappointed though with the tracking. I have tried it several times (recently today) and keep getting a Host error tracking.oceanproject.com that the web server is not returning a connection. Cloudflare and my browser is working.

INCOMPETENT in both Operations and Logistics. I will never patronize ocean project again. EVER! They emailed me stating they refunded the entire amount minus the $4 tip. 🤣 Keep the tip. Put it towards your operations and logistics training 🤙🏽

Terrible service!
Terrible service! I keep receiving the survey to evaluate the product and I haven't even received it! I also sent email with several questions, including "where is my order?" since the tracking number doesn't work... NO ANSWER at all.
And, never mentioned anywhere that I had to pay extra 10e extra for customs when the item arrived to Europe.
Terrible service, I will recommend all my friends NOT to order from here.
How sad because it seemed a nice idea, which I had bought as a present for my daughter... and it still hasn't arrived. Very sad experience.

I got everything as advertized
I got everything as advertized, and for a while I could track my animals (bought a shark and killer whale bracelet). But now the links are dead, and i can't find the page anymore.
Seems like it all was a short term scam.

SCAM. Super disappointing.
I bought a shark bracelet for my partner, for a fairly high price for what it is, thinking of the purchase as something symbolic. They charged us 6 euros at customs, in addition, the link to follow the shark did not work. They did not refund my money or give me any explanation as to why the link was not working. The response message they gave me, ambiguous and very suspicious, did not fix anything for us.
It's a scam page for sure.
