So happy with this watch

So happy with this watch! It is delicate and minimalist but has presence that really represent my taste. I'm in love with the moon phase feature!

Love my new Obaku watch

Love my new Obaku watch - it’s stylish, good quality and I’ve had several compliments on it after only a week wearing it. Ordering and delivery were straightforward and quick. A really positive experience all round!

Such a gorgeous watch

Such a gorgeous watch! I absolutely love it. So comfortable and elegant. I was actually gifted one for my 18th birthday and was devestated when I lost it, so I bought another one of the exact same! Will definitely buy any future watches from obaku! Absolutely in love with my purchase! 🤍

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. I bought my 2nd watch from Obaku as I really love my 1st one. It took me years to find one just right, so I think I've found my watch supplier for life! Great designs and beautiful materials, well done guys.

A beautiful watch

A beautiful watch. Light and easy to wear. Obaku kept us aware of stock and shipping delays (due to COVID) so we could make informed choices about waiting, ordering something else or being refunded, and delivery was as smooth as possible in the circumstances.

Good design but questionable materials

Very good design but questionable materials used, as well as bad customer service for maintenance.

I have 2 watches. Less than in 2 years, plating started fading away on one watch and the strap broke on another watch. I wrote to Cust service attaching photos that materials appeared to be not durable, and got a ridiculous reply telling me how durable their materials are (!) and how i need to polish them (plated surfaces, really?) and need to get a new strap - that appeared to be not for free and not all colours available.

Very disappointing. I have been recommending Obaku to everyone around for several years, but regretting that now.

I found the customer service at Obaku…

I found the customer service at Obaku to be outstanding. They dealt with me in a professional manner, but were also extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely shop with Obaku again as the quality of their products are excellent but reasonably priced.

I was introduced to the brand by a…

I was introduced to the brand by a friend, and fell in love. Beautiful choices in design, all high quality, with a generous warranty. I got one of their solar watches and I don't have a single complaint. The watch is sturdy, lightweight, I live in a sunny place so I never worry about the battery, and I get so many compliments about it. Lovely purchase all around.
