Soy de Colombia. Hace años compre u reloj obakub. Enchapado en acero de muy buena calidad resistente al agua. Muchos años lo tuve en uso. Los recomiendo 100%.

Beautiful watch but appalling aftersales. The strap broke through normal wear but when I tried to replace it, I discovered that it is brand specific and a replacement could not be found either in shops or online. I contacted Obaku who directed me to their 'Service Centre Locator' to find a distributer. There was only one listed in Ireland and when I tried to contact them I got a "no record found for domain" error response. I contacted Obaku for further assistance over 2 weeks ago and have been ignored. To design a watch which effectively can only be worn for as long as the leather strap lasts is a disgrace.

Update 15 Jan 2026:
I was contacted by Obaku following my original review and was given contact details for a representative in Hong Kong who was able to supply a replacement strap at a cost of $35. Unfortunately no leather straps were available so I had to opt for a metal version but it has arrived and is in good condition. It's not possible to replace the strap myself as the screws are too small for standard implements so I will need to pay to have it fitted by a jeweller but hopefully the watch will then be wearable again at last.

On m'a offert une montre Obaku il y a deux an, elle bouffe des piles, déjà la 3ième, le changement de pile n'est pas aisé, il faut des outils bien particuliers. Si ce n'était que ça, j'aurais laissé 4 étoiles, mais là, une des petites aiguilles centrales vient de se détacher et se balade dans mon cadrant. Pour le contexte, j'e l'ai très peu porté. À 90€ ce n'est pas assez cher pour être de la qualité, mais c'est trop cher pour être bon marché. Vu la qualité de la montre autant acheter un exemplaire à 30€.

I received an obaku watch for Christmas 2023. It’s now October 2025 and it’s been sent away twice due to numbers falling off the face of the watch. As this was the second time this has happened I asked for a replacement rather than a repair (worried that the glue would continue to fail in the future) they repaired the watch (against my instruction) and sent it back without any consultation. The rose gold band has warped and discoloured and was refused replacement as the band is not covered by warranty. So disappointed with this brand. I would warn anyone in the future considering purchase to consider a different brand.

Beautiful watch, simple and stylish for everyday and occasion wear. This is my second Obaku watch, my first one bought 8 years ago, and still working very well, worn well too given it’s worn everyday.
Ordered in Shetland, UK 🇬🇧, took quite a while for delivery but no hitches and all included in price of watch.
Only criticism is that I have been receiving emails asking for reviews long before my watch actually arrived 😓.

Beautiful watches abound, the only difficulty was picking just the one of them, or risk bankruptcy by watch. I love the watch I got, and it's like nothing else in my collection, and has gotten comments whenever I trot it out. Not only *would* I buy again, I am certainly enjoying my choice, and I am already certain I'll be buying another one soon (I got the FACET—Ocean, btw, for those interested).

I had problems with the informations FedEx wanted. The OBAKU team realized that. Rex Siu and Suki Lee did what had to be done for shipping my watch. Finally the OBAKU Diamond was delivered and we are happy with it.

I bought an Obaku watch 2 years ago and it keeps stopping. The first watch they sent to be fixed; it continued to stop keeping time and they gave me a new watch. This watch also stops periodically. It is not dependable. I change the battery every year.

Tried everything but I can't manage to order online. Every payment method ends up giving an error message. My emails to obaku are simply not responded to. Too bad.

Got a watch last christmas, first time I wore it the watchband fell apart, tried for 6 months to get it fix, even tried to purchase a new band. So watch looked nice company that makes them suck. If you want a watch that you can't wear then this is it

j'ai acheté une montre OBAKU (cadeau pour ma femme) séduit par son esthétique.
la montre ne fonctionnait pas.
je l'ai rapporté au magasin mais la vendeuse n'a rien pu faire. Elle a bien voulu me la changer mais elle n'avait pas le même modèle. Elle m'a donc donné l'adresse d'un autre revendeur de la marque dans une autre ville.
Même problème avec le même modèle !
Peut être y a t'il une manœuvre particulière afin de faire fonctionner une montre neuve de la marque ?
Les vendeuses ne savaient pas !
J'ai donc demandé un remboursement en y laissant 5%. (j'ai préféré sacrifier un doigt pour ne pas perdre une main).
