Kensington furniture not fit for purpose
We bought some garden furniture for £1800 but the table has melted in several places. We have emailed Oaktree as suggested over a week ago but have not heard back.

We apologise that you had trouble contacting us via email last week. I understand that the team received your second email yesterday, and they are scheduled to swap out the table this week. Please do let us know if we can be of any further help.
Never going back
As a long time customer of the cafe, we were dismayed by our visit today. Almost an hour for food, everyone in the restaurant got served after us (same foods), lettuce was brown, bread was dry, cheese was dry, and hair on the ploughman’s! The worst part was the absolute rudeness of the staff. No apologies, not a single one, just a stroppy response when our food was finally delivered. They’ve lost us as a customer to the garden centre and the cafe. Genuinely disgusted.

Vastaus yritykseltä Oaktree Garden Centre
We’re truly sorry to read about your recent visit and the experience you had—it falls far below the standards we set for ourselves. Your comments about the quality of the food and especially the service are deeply concerning, and we take them very seriously.
This is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have, and it is very out of character, as our other reviews highlight. Be assured we’re investigating what went wrong that day and will address the issue directly with our team.
