We've checked our courier's tracking for order and it shows the parcel was delivered on Tuesday 14th July, with photo confirmation at the delivery address. We're sorry if you didn't hear back from us — we will contact you directly shortly to get this resolved.
Following our investigation, we can confirm the order was delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout, with photo confirmation from the courier.
We understand your frustration; however, the delivery address used was the one submitted with the order, making this situation unfortunately outside of our control. The parcel was successfully delivered in accordance with the details provided.
We also received your email shortly after our customer service team had closed for the weekend, and this review was posted before we had the opportunity to investigate and respond on Monday.

Negligible customer service
The products that I ordered arrived promptly etc but Oaktree have neglected to respond to my queries about one of the products where the quality of the product isn't great. I have bought a decent amount of accessories and consumables from them since my original purchase, but will be going elsewhere in future.

Excellent communication about our BBQ and when it will be delivered right down to the driver who helped me to move it up some stairs onto my decking.

The chairs arrived moldy
The chairs arrived moldy. The box was clearly compromised. Their customer service team only cared about their own refund from Four Seasons (the furniture company) and have don’t nothing to help the situation.
