Oakmans Estate Agents Arvostelua 

I was sales (4*) then lettings (0*) customer Harborne. Read the 1-star lettings reviews. Guild of Students of Brum Uni has taken Oakmans off approved list. Oakmans burned bridges with me at first issue and then there were several more. As a tenant, they just smash their system through you and are not interested in picking up phone to get a win/win for landlord and tenant. They act as uncompromising enforcers for the landlord in a way that a landlord who cared about their property and tenants would not do. Extremely disrespectful, sneaky, and senior managers did not have the cojones to speak to me. Problem is the system designed by senior managers. Worst commercial experience of my life. They shd not be in residential lettings. I hope this company goes bust.

The photographer was always engaged with us, regularly checking that we were happy with the photos and offering helpful suggestions and advice throughout the session. The final results were excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the pictures.

After having an awful experience with another estate agency who i initially gave my property to sell exclusively, I reached out to oakmans who I must say were exceptional! From the initial meeting, to the professional pictures taken, they managed to get me 2 offers within the space of a couple of weeks and over asking price! And the after sales team were brilliant in pushing along the sale and we completed yesterday in just under 3 months! After dealing with a few estate agencies, I wish I had gone to Oakmans sooner.

It’s early days for us just putting our property on the market with Oakmans Estate agents. Jill was very personable helpful and full of information. We were asked what were our expectations and what we were looking for in a new property. It is a scary experience selling a property as we have lived in ours for 33 years. Jill made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Explained the next steps for us to proceed . We are excited and looking forward to selling and finding our next house.

Hau came to take photos of my home. So polite, efficient and professional. He helped with tips on showcasing the rooms and basically made the photos extremely effective. Thank you.

As a first time seller, I had no clue what to expect but was somewhat walked through the process. I wouldn’t go with their recommended- Premier Property Lawyers? Hell no.

Overall I’d describe the experience of dealing with Oakmans like buying a used car. Great sales pitch, push push push, contract signed, then silence.

The final part of the process was radio silence until the day of transfer. (Or the day they got the payment). Will I sell with them again? No.

Others may have had a different experience. Give it a whirl.

Lilli came to take photos and video of our property and she was very professional. Unlike our last photographer where we had to leave the house while they did the photos, she would just let us know when we needed to move to a different room.
She was very polite and it didn’t take her long, thank you and look forward to seeing the pictures.

Throughout a 2 year tenancy, Oakmans have treated us poorly. We have had incorrect messages telling us we haven’t paid bills, we have had queries not responded to; when a query is responded to, it is completely obvious that the entire query has not been read.
I would never go with this company again.
I would recommend that they train their staff to respond after reading the entirety of a query, and to respond full stop.

Really helpful staff, made it easy for me with directions of what he needed to do and I felt comfortable asking for the help I needed.

Apart from initially arriving at the wrong house, I found both the office team, who responded to my query about the delayed arrival, and the photographer I met afterwards to be very helpful, communicative, and professional.

How does this sound: Selling a property is always stressful, but Jilly was absolutely amazing in her attention to detail and total professionalism. I have dealt with many agents over the years and countless agents, Jilly is far and away the best I have ever encountered and encountered and Oakmans Northfield must be so proud and lucky to have her as part of their team. She will always have my business.

Lilli came today to take photos and a video of our property. She was professional, personable, very helpful, and answered all our questions fully. It didn’t take long at all and we are very happy so far with the service we have received from Oakmans. Thank you, Lilli.

Great visit from the media team. Nothing was too much trouble and the visit wasn’t in the least bit intrusive. Delighted that aerial shots were taken too!
