Sizing is way off
Nuuds materials are great and soft, but the sizing is so off and it's too expensive to guess if it's going to fit you.
I bought the Bayside set at a discount, and after looking at both sizing guide and reviews sized up from to a large (afterall it is lounge wear) while I'm normally a medium SOMETIMES a large. The pants are great, even a bit big but the top is so tight in not even sure I'll wear it. So disappointed, but really glad I didn't pay full price!

Impressive customer service
It was my first time encountering a problem with my orders with Nuuds. One item was missing from my order. Turned out they ran out of stock. They did apologize and offered to refund my item right away and gave me options if I would like 20% off or 25 dollars gift card for my next purchase. Their products aren’t exactly cheap but I like this company and the whole Denner Fam. Anyway, Aubrey the customer service agent was so nice and accommodating. I didn’t feel pressured or ignored at all. Customer service is awesome!

I was a bit disappointed by a missing…
I was a bit disappointed by a missing credit that was supposed to be issued right away when I did a return, and was hoping to use it for a drop. There was a bit of a hiccup and initially the item I was planning on ordering sold out but luckily I was able to finally order once my credit was reissued. Not sure exactly what happened or where the disconnect was with the instant credit not being sent but happy that it was finally figured out! Camille was great to check in on the issue and make sure it was sent after Pearl initially reissued the credit.
