Everything about Nuuds is top tier. Especially the customer service. I was recently having issues with accessing some store credit I had been refunded when an item I ordered became sold out before my package shipped.

Pearl was able to resolve the issue and help get the items I wanted from the newest drop before they also sold out. Additionally she noticed my previous order had not been processed so she reorded it and now I have all my new nuuds coming and I can't wait!

I ordered something from Nuuds that ended up being out of stock due to an inventory mistake. They(Pearl and Aubrey) immediately reached out and offered a full refund as well as a choice between 20% off or a $25 dollar gift card. The amazing customer service made up for the disappointment of not getting my item.

I cannot say enough good things about Nuuds! From the incredible quality of their clothing to their outstanding customer service, this has quickly become one of my favorite brands.

I especially want to thank Camille, who was so kind, helpful, and incredibly quick to resolve a shipping issue I experienced. She made the entire process so easy, and the level of care and professionalism she showed was truly exceptional. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and it made such a positive impression on me.

I also absolutely LOVE the Slinky Ribbed Tee! I have a neurological condition called allodynia, which causes certain fabrics to be extremely painful against my skin. Finding clothing that I can comfortably wear all day is incredibly difficult, but this tee is unbelievably soft. It’s one of the few shirts I can honestly say I could live in day and night.

Beyond the comfort, the quality is outstanding. The fabric feels luxurious, the fit is flattering, and I actually feel confident wearing it. It’s comfortable enough to relax at home in, but cute enough to wear out with friends or on date night. That’s a rare combination!

I absolutely plan to grow my Nuuds collection. It means so much to find a company whose clothing not only looks amazing but also allows someone with a neurological condition like mine to feel comfortable and confident. Nuuds has earned a customer for life!

I've reached out to customer service a few times over the years and they've always been very helpful and super friendly replying. I've also ordered a few times internationally and shipping to EU went smoothly. To simply put it, NUUDS clothes are among my most worn in my closet.

I love nuuds. I’m a first time mom to a one year old, going through a nasty divorce … and these are the only clothes that make me feel pretty. But even better is the costumer service. Aubrey was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate this kindness of this staff, I wish more people were like you. We need it. 🩷

I recently had help from Aubrey with customer service and she was so helpful and resolved the issue quickly! I’ve dealt with nuuds customer service 2 or 3 times for help with returns or a delayed order and I am always impressed with how helpful and kind they are!

Great company with quality products and SUPURB customer service!

First of all, I’m obsessed with this brand’s line. They are paving the way for people to truly feel seen and thought of in every item they make. You can feel the intention that went into their designs when you get dressed. But the clothes don’t actually do the heavy lifting - it’s the people! While I’ve had very few issues when it comes to this brand, the random outreach from Lindsey to offer me 10% off my next order since I haven’t been back in awhile… to Aubrey’s help when I encountered a shipping pricing issue - I know that when I reach out with a question or a concern a human person is going to treat me with responsiveness, kindness, and intentionality. Could not recommend this brand more.
