My experience with Numerade has been extremely frustrating. The biggest issue is how difficult it is to cancel a subscription.

I have tried to access the website and the billing/cancellation section, but the page is either unavailable or does not load properly, making it impossible to cancel through the normal process. A company that offers recurring subscriptions should provide a simple, reliable, and accessible way to stop future charges.

The fact that customers may have to contact support just to cancel a subscription because the website is down is unacceptable. At this point, it feels unnecessarily difficult to end the service.

I would not recommend Numerade based on this experience. Subscription cancellation should never be this complicated.

Deliberately has no cancellation button on their website. To cancel your subscription, you must type in "cancel" after the last / in the url when you are on the billing screen.

This URL is listed nowhere online, and I got it by random luck just by trying it out.

This company has STOLEN $168 over 2 years.

I never used this shit site tbh. Someone signed up using my debit card so I’ve dealt with customer service and of course they won’t do any investigating to find out who it was and cancel it.

Didn't use it at all, just subscribed to access some papers but didn't find them so tried to unsubscribe but their site is extremely laggy which probably why it didn't register me doing that. sent them mails and asked to cancel it but they're ignoring..
After a few days when I received the payment they said that they have "strict rules" so they won't refund me even though I didn't use their platform at all. BE CAREFUL when using their platform they're only worried about your money and not your experience with them. I'd suggest to find other platforms that can actually help you with stuff, and not just take your money and ignore you.

Your response is completely false and proves your team doesn't even look at user accounts. I never requested a refund for "prior months." I was charged exactly ONCE a few days ago, and I canceled the subscription MYSELF within minutes. Now you are publicly fabricating a story about past months to save face. I have time-stamped proof of my immediate cancellation and zero usage, which is currently being handled by my credit card company as a chargeback for services not rendered. Complete lie, I hope people will see it before putting their credit cards in your website. BE CAREFUL ONCE AGAIN.

Give them a zero if I could. DO NOT SIGN UP or give them a credit card. They are scammers.

Bullshit AI "answer" videos, terrible customer support, clandestine billing, and an obstacle course to cancel. What's not to love?

I am trying to cancel my subscription. I cannot do that since I forgot my password/ and forgot password is not sending an email. tried to call the number (833- 686- 3723) that is not in service. For me number not in service is a very serious red flag.

Extremely educational and plenty of resources

Used it to see how a problem was done but forgot to cancel the free trial reached out to support and they fixed it for me (Thanks Daniel) all in all the service was good

The app works well and has some great features, but I was surprised by an automatic charge after the free trial. However, the support team was very helpful and processed a partial refund as a courtesy. Their customer service really improved my experience.

Not for me, payed for something i wasnt happy with, but numerade refunded me. Still would not recommend the statics and solids help you get here, lots of AI help that dont get it right.

I contacted about getting a refund for the annual subscription and thankfully they offered a full refund minus 1 month. Thank you so much to Kaitlin who helped me. Wish they would send some sort of notification or emails leading up to the subscription renewal though

I had recently received a charge for this website and I thought I had already canceled my subscription and it caused me to think there was fraud on my card, I realize that it was just me forgetting to cancel my subscription. Since I haven’t used my subscription in 10 months, I decided to ask for a refund. They were patient and gave me a full refund minus one month.

A zero stars I tried to cancel my free trial and it would let me and they charged my card for 100 dollars and said I can not get a refund bc they do not do refunds this site is a scam and takes your money

Numerade has a very professional support team. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and handle queries with respect and care. Their platform is also user-friendly and shows that they truly value students and their learning experience. Highly recommended.

Perfect! Very fast communication! My app told me I had the free version but I kept getting charged for plus I guess in the past so I wasn't able to cancel. Luckily they resolved this fast!

very annoying to use, first time on the site and i couldn't even see the lesson without a pop up saying i needed to sign up.

I needed help on math hw and this was the only website that had REAL people helping me step by step. So happy I found this, way more efficient and cheaper than a tutor!!

I used Numerade for an entire year for my 1st year at college. It got me an A in my Calc intro course! Hands down the tool for any student, especially college ones. They ahve expert educators who create accurate, helpful videos, vs. all this AI slop out there in the market. Love it, keep it up!
