The shoes recommended were already inexpensive but when I paid I was offered 20% discount.
My previous expensive leather shoes were in excellent condition except walking home one day the sole completly fell off which made it difficult to walk.

Great service, very knowledgeable and helpful staff

Staff were very helpful. I had order shoes online and took back to exchange size. Staff told me where other shoes were and encouraged to try on. Easy transaction, as well as extra purchase of more sandals.

Helpful staff, didn’t have to wait long to be served.

Took a very long time for the items to be delivered. Some didn’t arrive until 2 weeks after ordering when it said 2-5 business days. Really annoying as I thought I’d ordered in plenty of time for an event I needed them for.

I ordered my Hush Puppies Peace sandals online which were clearance items and as t such a good price . They came very promptly ! Only problem I should’ve ordered size 9 instead of an 8 so now I’m going to have to gift them to a friend as clearance items are non returnable 😩

Must remember this is a warehouse style of shop and don't expect staff to come to you to offer help. They are there to restock shelves as you empty them.
The staff at tills are friendly but don't expect customer service when looking. I asked where a brand was and was told "over there" with a vague direction of arm wave
