The staff are super helpful, easily approachable and know what they're talking about when it comes to shoes, the shoes we chose are great quality, super comfortable and are eye catching

Sandals were purchased at a good price, are comfortable and appear durable however, the single upper strap (non-adjustable) on the right foot is a tighter fit than the left. Minus 2 stars.

Staff was amazing knew exactly what I was looking for and sizing for my child, service was efficient and friendly. Love the variety of shoes they had in store for both my kids for both separate occasions.

Terrible service dumped shoes at us and walked away. Staff an Albany store just ignored those in the store and chatted to each other. No point paying this type of staff is this what you get for minimum wage.
