These shoes are without doubt the best shoes I have ever bought. The quality of the leather and attention to detail is second to none. Great to see a nod to their heritage incorporated into the shoes too, feels great to be supporting a proudly British brand and would highly recommend.

I have been a Lanx customer for a while now. I just love their boots. I have a couple of pairs, one of which near its end unfortunately as the sole was worn out. I was reluctantly considering throwing them away until I heard ab Re-Lanx...simple process, quick turnaround and my favourite boots were given a new youth. I am super pleased!

This was a considered purchase I was unsure of what size to order as I’m a 8/42 I went with a UK 8 and they have enough room, maybe a 8.5 would’ve been better but they’re fine and will give a bit also. They’re light as a feather and extremely comfortable I’m going on short walks in them at the moment to wear them in as ankle very slightly hard but toes and everything perfectly comfortable I’m really pleased with them x will buy some leather softener for the ankle

Great after service from Lanxx. They are super busy but they sort you out. Always had the best experience with any small issues I've had, new pairs sent out as replacements etc. A++

I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots from Lanx and the service and quality has always been excellent. I recently sent a pair of boots in to be re-heeled and they came back looking like new - outstanding.

A quality product that was comfy right out of the box. Great design and workmanship backed up by superb customer support.

I had browsed the online store a number of times prior to taking the plunge to buy. I opted for the Garstang chelsea boot in caramel leather - the product was everything they claimed it to be. Customer support is super responsive too.

Just been this morning to buy some shoes and whilst there had a belt custom made by real craftsman. The whole team we’re amazing and being able to watch the belt being made was an amazing bonus fabulous friendly team

I have followed LANX for a while so when I needed a new pair of boots I decided to give them a go. I am so glad I did.

I ordered some boots online which ended up not being a good fit for my feet. It gave me a good reason to have a run out and visit the Whalley Shop to exchange them. The experience was brilliant. The shop is a very nice and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. There is a huge choice and I found the perfect boot for my foot shape. The knowledge of the person helping me (sorry I am terrible with remembering names) was second to none and he was very patient as I tried on 10+ pairs of boots. I found the perfect pair and the exchange was completed with no hassles with the original incentives intact.

4 months on, the boots have proved to be a very good choice. I have since ordered a new pair of Lanx the day they were released (the Bromley trainer) online and they are exceptional.

I love the LANX ethos and the fact I am supporting a prospering UK business with UK suppliers. When I need more footwear I will be buying them from LANX. Well done!

I visited LANX during their sample sale weekend and had a great experience from start to finish. Initially, I picked up a pair of Shireburn brogues as I needed some new shoes for work, and I was really impressed with both the quality and the overall setup of the event.
It was great to see an in-person event like this — it gives you a much better understanding of the company and adds a personal touch that you just don’t get from an online-only experience.
I ended up returning the next day and picked up a pair of Grindleton boots at an absolute bargain price. The staff were super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout.
I also picked up a backpack from their collaboration with Caradice, and my partner bought a pair of 365 boots — so we definitely made the most of the weekend!
All in all, a fantastic experience. You can really tell the products are made to last. Thanks again to the team.

I bought my dad a pair of Lanx boots for Christmas He has always been hard to please with many boots not being up to the job, too tight, rub my ankles, don't last, not made properly etc and I expected that there would be something not quite right for him. For the first time ever no such feedback, he won't say he likes them but judging by the fact that he has them on every time I see him I think he likes them 😊. Well done Lanx.

Had the Edgeworth boots since early March. Am still having to use a shoe horn to get them on my feet, and it's a challenge to take them off. Once they're on they are ok when walking but if sitting down for any longer than 30 mins, e.g when travelling or at work, the pain where the leather rubs the tops of my feet is so painful. If I had known all of this wouldn't have got them. Unable to return as have been wearing the boots every day in the hope that the leather will soften. Also on one of the boots there is a scuff/tear where leather is damaged - not caused by me. I'm disappointed, I won't be buying from Lanx again

I have bought my second pair of boots. I love them and will be considering Lanx as my go to for footwear.
