The ironic thing is I was planning to exchange for another size. I'll take my business elsewhere and I strongly recommend you do too.
Total scam
Total scam - overpriced and non matching size and quality is cheapest denim out there. They sent out questionnaire about how they did and of course critical review didn't lead to anything!

J’en avais un par contre, acheté précédemment qui contenait de l’elasthane, qui a fini par s’abîmer plus rapidement que prévu, et comme le disent d’autres commentaires, le service de réparation est malheureusement peu accessible, donc j’ai dû m’en séparer, de toute façon la taille était devenue juste...
Mais au global, j’ai quand même une bonne expérience de cette marque.

Badly advertised sizes. Awful customer service. Awful delivery. Item received 4 days late despite £10 delivery fee. Unable to return immediately (you have to wait 1-2 business days for them to review). And you’re expected to pay £8 to return them.

Worst non breathable jeans on the planet. Do not buy on line these jeans don’t fit traditional sizes nor once worn or tried to wear…. Couldn’t even fit over my hips wouldn’t return . Basically took 240 dollars and burned it with a lighter DO NOT BUY YOULL REGRET IT

My brand new pair of rad rufus jeans…
My brand new pair of rad rufus jeans got a fabric tear after 3 months.
Fortunately the retailer I bought them from Jeanstore was extremely understanding and refunded the them after 3 months.
Nudie Customer service however acted very unprofessionally in email conversation and even ignored the last email I sent them.
First and last pair of jeans I will buy from Nudie..
Disappointing jeans and annoying company
The jeans themselves were really disappointing. Lost their shape very quickly and tore in several places nearly as fast.
Their 'free repairs' thing seems to be more marketing gimmick than moral environmental policy. You have to make a journey you probably otherwise wouldn't to one of their few and far between locations for an in person repair. I think they have figured out it sounds great and in reality most people won't take it up because of the faff factor. Also these free repair kits don't seem to be a thing any more in reality.

Helt otroligt! Är en återkommande kund hos nudie och alltid varit nöjd. MEN ALDRIG IGEN.
Beställde hem ett par jeans som jag inte var nöjd med. Sedan informerade jag att de Känndes använda eftersom att papperslappen som satt där bak var lös och jeansen saknade andra lappar som man brukar få med.
Då nekar nudie min retur, observera endast är prövade av mig. Detta vore inte vara möjligt för dem att göra!

The jeans themselves were okay, but the returns process was disappointing. I was unable to access returns without emailing customer service, and returning from the UK cost £8, which wasn’t clear at the point of purchase. As this was a Christmas gift that didn’t fit, the process felt unnecessarily awkward and expensive. Worth knowing before ordering.

j'achète des jeans chez nudie depuis 2013 mais si vous n'avez pas de repair shop dans votre ville , je vous déconseille d'investir dans ces produits qui coutent très chers sans compter les taxes surprise à la livraison pour des jeans qui ne durent pas plus de deux ans sans se déchirer. Je me dis qu'ils le font exprès , ils savent aussi que la qualité est mauvaises Raison pour laquelle ils parlent de recyclage à tout va et réparation à vie. Mais les centres sont justes dans les grandes métropoles. Je pensais qu'avec un ace selvages et jeans plus ample genre tuff tony le problème allait être réglé mais non !!!!c'est mal les connaitre.Ils suppriment les remarques négatives sur les jeans qui bleed sur vos chaussures . Le customer care repond seulement quand ça concerne des achats. 450 dollars pour un jeans qui se déchire au bout d'un an.Franchement déçu de cette marque. Et au passage y'a rien de cool à porter des jeans trouer ou raccommoder de partout , La trend est nul. JE VOUS DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT NUDIE JEANS .
Great quality and sustainable/traceable…
Great quality and sustainable/traceable materials. Bought a pair from Bangkok store around a year ago and still in good condition, denim is high quality (doesn’t get snagged by my cats claws, surprisingly warm due the density of the fabric). Nudie’s sustainability and reporting standards are better than 99% of the fashion industry.
Helemaal niet zo sustainable
Ik kocht mijn Nudie jeans 2 jaar geleden, deels voor het sustainable verhaal aan de jeans.
Nu is hij kapot, dus ik wilde hem vermaken. In België is er geen énkele repairshop, én geen énkel punt waar je de broek terug kunt inwisselen. Dit is greenwashing ten top! De broek gaat op de koop toe minder lang mee dan andere merken, en alles wat ze beloven rond sustainability is onuitvoerbaar, tenzij ik mij minstens 200 km verplaats. Diep teleurgesteld in dit merk!
Rude and bad customer service on Poland street
Just tried to return a pair of jeans I bought - tried them on again at home and didn’t think they fit and decided to return them back and get a refund. People of the store (staff - the manager especially) was quite rude (the Poland street store in London). Explained the situation and he told me I was lying and these jeans had been worn a lot so he didn’t want to give me a refund. Not great to be called a lier and be treated with such a lack of respect. Shame to face such a bad customer service.
Process over customer
I used to be a loyal Nudie Jeans customer and have shopped several times at the Munich store.
That’s why I’m so disappointed that we weren’t allowed to exchange a pair of jeans for a smaller size, even though my partner had only tried them on briefly at home.
The reason? The tag was missing.
Both in-store and via email, we were dismissed in a very impersonal way, without any genuine understanding or willingness to help.
This attitude completely contradicts the values Nudie Jeans claims to stand for – sustainability, fairness, and responsibility.
True sustainability starts with how you treat your customers, not with blind process loyalty or a piece of paper.
If a tag is worth more than a satisfied customer, then those values are sadly nothing more than marketing slogans.

Excellent company that stands behind its products. I have tested and used their free repair for life and it is a great service. Justin at the South Yarra shop has been particularly helpful. My past visits to Nudie Sth Yarra have always been very pelasant experiences.

Great jeans, misleading promises
The jeans themselves are great, but their promises are misleading. Nudie Jeans claim their jeans are durable and offer free repairs at their stores in London. But unfortunately I don't live in London, and so when after about 6 months my jeans began to wear and a hole appeared around the knee, I asked whether I could post my jeans to get them fixed. This isn't something they offer, so to get my jeans fixed I'd have to spend a fair bit of time and money to go in person to their stores, which I'm not prepared to do. Not everyone in the UK lives in London, so being able to post jeans to get them returned seems fair.
Unprofessional Support - A Masterclass in How NOT to Handle a Failed Delivery
I have been a fan of Nudie Jeans for their products, but my recent experience with their customer support has been one of the worst I've ever had. If their delivery partner fails, be prepared for a fight. They will deny responsibility, misstate the law, and hold your money indefinitely.
The Initial Problem:
I placed two orders which were shipped to Romania. After arriving in the country on September 10th, they were handed to a local courier, Urgent Cargus, who, due to a confirmed IT failure, assigned them completely wrong addresses. My parcels became undeliverable, trapped in the courier's warehouse. This wasn't a simple delay; it was a confirmed, total delivery failure.
The Unprofessional Customer Service Rollercoaster:
I have spoken to Nudie Jeans' agent, Karl, with all of this evidence, expecting a simple refund. Instead, I was subjected to conflicting and unprofessional responses:
Initial Refusal: At first, I was told I had to wait indefinitely until they received confirmation that the parcels were being returned. A process that could take weeks, if ever.
False Legal Claims: When I pointed out their responsibility under their own Terms & Conditions and EU Consumer Law, I was incorrectly told they were "not in breach of any T&C or Consumer laws."
Abdication of Responsibility: In a bizarre turn, the agent then told me, "If you feel you have been treated unfairly, I suggest you contact your bank to file a chargeback." He was actively telling me to escalate the issue externally rather than resolving it himself.
The U-Turn: Right after he argued with me on semantics, dismissed legitimate claims as "feelings" and suggested I should file for a chargeback if I am unhappy, he promised a refund if it was a "system failure", the very fact I had been presenting all along.
Their Own Terms:
Nudie Jeans' own General Terms and Conditions (Section 5.2) state:
"Nudie Jeans insures each package during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you." They completely ignored this until they were cornered.
Conclusion:
While I was eventually promised a refund after a long and unnecessary fight (and still not sure when this will be resolved), this experience has shattered my trust in the brand. A customer should not have to act as their own lawyer to force a company to follow its own policies and the law. This level of incompetence and dismissiveness is unacceptable. I strongly caution international buyers. In the meantime, I am prepared to escalate this matter further.
