Love the over sized Tees
Love the over sized Tees. I wear them all the time with my leggings and bicycle shorts. Easy to wear and comfy. They wash really well and really nice weight cotton. Bought the seamless leggings too. Love the stretch, very comfy and good fit.

Low quality
I expected more quality. How can nu-in call themselves a fair fashion label, when they sell pieces, that are ruined after wearing only twice? Bought a body, press buttons came out. Haven't even washed it in the washing machine. This is not very sustainable, when I have to buy a new one every couple weeks.

Albtraum
Wer hier einkaufen möchte kann sich wirklich auf etwas gefasst machen. Es ist ein wahres Erlebnis. Nämlich ein absoluter Albtraum. Die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich je mit einem Shop machen durfte. Es schmerzt wirklich, dass man überhaupt einen Stern geben muss. Es beginnt mit super langen Wartezeiten bei denen der Lieferungstermin immer wieder weiter nach hinten verschoben wird. Obwohl der Versand mit 6€ schon ziemlich viel ist. Man rechnet dann auch gar nicht mehr damit, dass überhaupt etwas kommt. Aber dann kommt das Paket und irgendwie passen die Sachen nicht so richtig. Aus Mitleid bzw. schlechtem Gewissen habe ich ein Kleid behalten, das bis heute neu und ungetragen im Kleiderschrank hängt. Da es schlecht verarbeitet ist und die Naht nicht übereinstimmt.(ich arbeite selbst in der Textilindustrie) Die anderen zwei Artikel habe ich zurückgeschickt. Die Retoure hat über 1,5 Monate gedauert und wurde erst auf eigene Nachfrage an Klarna weitergegeben. Was wirklich die Unprofessionalität und Rücksichtslosigkeit zeigt, nur weil dieser Shop zu spät die Retoure müsste man Gebühren zahlten. Hier ein großes Danke an Klarna die einen super Kundenservice haben und alles geklärt haben. Dann nach fast 2 Monaten wird die Rechnungssumme auf Klarna angepasst und da der Schock die Rechnungssumme beträgt 25€, obwohl das Kleid nur 12€ gekostet hat. Auf Nachfrage hin die Antwort. Nu-In berechnet eine Gebühr vom 7€ auf die Rücksendung und die Versandkosten müssen auch getragen werden. Ich hätte diese 25€ lieber verbrannt oder in den Müll geworfen, als es diesem Shop zu geben. Wirklich überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Und die größte Frechheit kommt jetzt, man wird mit einem 15€ Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung vertröstet. Es muss etwas gewaltig schief laufen, wenn man wirklich denkt ich würde hier nochmal bestellen. Ich würde gerne eine Ortsbeschreibung liefern wo ihr euch den Gutschein hinschieben könnt. Aber es reicht auch wenn ihr ihn einfach wegschmeißt und euch wirklich mal zusammenreißt und was ändert. Danke für die Erfahrung ! Ich habe sehr viel gelernt!

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Du so schlechte Erfahrungen mit uns gemacht hast. Wir bemühen uns, unseren Kunden ein positives Erlebnis zu bieten, aber leider sind logistische Schwierigkeiten aufgetreten und wir konnten Deine Bestellung nicht rechtzeitig ausliefern und Deine Rücksendung bearbeiten. Seitdem haben wir unser Vertriebszentrum nach Portugal verlegt, wo wir einen reibungsloseren und schnelleren Versand und Lieferungen anbieten können.
In den letzten Monaten haben wir einen Sale gemacht, bei dem wir unsere alten Kollektionen zu einem Bruchteil des Preises verkauft haben. Wir bedauern, dass wir aufgrund der Mischung aus verschiedenen Stücken und Lieferanten nicht in der Lage waren, eine einheitliche Größe anzubieten. Das ist ein weiterer Fehler, den wir in der Vergangenheit gemacht haben. Wir zählen auf erfahrene Bekleidungsspezialisten und sind jetzt stolz darauf, dass wir eine bessere Passform erreichen und die Größen aller Stücke, die jetzt online sind, standardisieren konnten.
Im Moment sind wir gezwungen, eine Pauschale für den Versand und eine weitere Pauschale für die Rücksendung zu verlangen, aber wir überlegen gerade, wie wir diese Politik kundenfreundlicher gestalten und das Geschäft am Laufen halten können. Das ist etwas, auf das wir uns konzentriert haben, und wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir das ändern und auch diesen Aspekt verbessern könnten.
Wir entschuldigen uns für die erneut entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und hoffen, dass wir bald über unsere Herausforderungen hinauswachsen und es besser machen werden.

Absolute Katastrophe!!
Ich habe mich im von dem Sale Angebot dazu verleiten lassen dort zu kaufen. Kann es aber absolut NICHT empfehlen.
Lieferung: dauert ewig! In der Sendungsverfolgung wurde kein veränderter Status angezeigt. Auf Nachfrage hieß des nur, dass ich abwarten solle.
Kleidung: als das Paket dann endlich ankam, war ich sehr enttäuscht! Kein einziges Kleidungsstück hat gepasst oder saß gut, obwohl ich mich an die Größentabelle gehalten habe. Ich habe keine ungewöhnlichen Proportionen, zum Vergleich: bei H&M kann ich Größe 38 kaufen, ohne anzuprobieren und es passt.
Rückerstattung: ich erhielt keine Mitteilung. Auf Nachfrage und Zusenden des Einlieferungsbelegs kam 2 Wochennspäter die Antwort meine Retoure sei nie angekommen. Kurze Zeit später doch plötzlich. Dann kam eine zu geringe Gutschrift, die auch erst auf Nachfrage korrigiert wurde. Und trotz einer vollständigen Retoure, weil die Sachen einfach nicht passen, werden Gebühren erhoben.. die 7€ hätte ich lieber gespendet.
Bin absolut enttäuscht und werde nicht nochmal dort bestellen oder es irgendwem weiter empfehlen. Hab wirklich mehr erwartet!!

In der Sendungsbedingungen wird darauf hingewiesen, dass es eine Retour Gebühr gibt und bedauerlicherweise können wir als junges Unternehmen noch keine kostenlose Retoure anbieten.

Avoid. They will definitely breach your consumer rights
Took them a month to dispatch the order. I asked them several times to cancel and refund me, but they wouldn't. Items finally arrived and one was faulty. Sent them a video, but this wasn't enough. They expected me to send the item back. Had to settle for a partial refund so I could be done with them forever. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Ottimo, acquistato con i saldi
Ho ordinato durante i saldi, a prezzi davvero bassissimi, credo per un rebranding prima della nuova collezione. Ho preso diversi maglioncini dai colori neutri (beige, nero, grigio) hanno uno stile minimal che mi piace molto, sono di buona fattura e sembrano vestire bene.
Il sito offre spesso foto dello stesso capo su fisicità diverse (sia per i capi maschili che femminili) e diversi capi unisex, cosa che apprezzo. Molte delle fibre utilizzate sono riciclate.
Durante i saldi hanno avuto problemi logistici con le spedizioni, che hanno richiesto più tempo del previsto, ma alla fine i capi sono arrivati e considerando il prezzo pagato mi ritengo molto più che soddisfatta. A prezzo pieno non credo avrei acquistato.
