Quality and delivery is good. Customer support online chat is very bad. not getting response properly. Recently see sharp price increase in vegetable and fruits when demand is more. Actually when volume increases you should give more discounts.

Worst Delivery and rude response. Our friend gift us fruits basket before Eid. We got the address confirmation phone call on 10th may and we are expecting to get the parcel by that week itself but they keep on delaying the delivery and delivered on 26th May. We also called the customer care to follow up on the delivery but without order number they will not track the parcel. It was a gift by our friend so we couldn't get the order number so that we could not track the parcel. We shifted our house later and we are expecting to get the call from the delivery person so that we could share the new location to deliver but they just kept the parcel to our old address without informing us and just send us the whatsapp message informing us that the parcel is in outside. We called the delivery person and tried to explain the situation and share our new address but they rudely response to complain it to the office. Such an irresponsible answer and he never called us before the delivery and just kept the parcel outside the empty house without informing us. Is this how you deliver the parcel and respect your customer. I'm really disappointed by your service and delivery ethics. I will never ever recommend your services to anyone else. WORST SERVICE AND DELIVERY> RUDE BEHAVIOUR TO CUSTOMER. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR.

Almost time Nrtc send my vegetables box with missed items. I will complain in econemy Ministry.

Very bad service. Placed an order on the app and the next day the driver kept on telling me its late and till 11 night he wasn't ready to deliver.. So the driver called and said tomorrow morning before 11 am.. When I called and checked they seem to have lost the order and the driver... Then they made an appointment to 4 pm and again no driver called or delivered.. And no one even followed up with me or answered unless I call couple of times. Last time to order..

I don't like that all of the fruit and vegetables come in plastic recipients. You should start to be concerned with the environment when you put every 2 fruits in a plastic box. It's inconceivable, knowing that we have a serious environment crises. Grow some Eco- friendly policies in your company.

My first experience - Pathetic!

Placed an order on 31st March seeing 'same day delivery' on the website. Got an email same day saying the delivery will be done the next day due to excessive orders. Today is 02nd Apr night and I am still waiting. Their call center is not reachable. No one picks up on the 'orders' section so I had to dial the new orders section just to speak to someone in the company, he transferred me to someone who just chose to hangup the call! (Some customer service). More disappointing experiences followed including false promises (a lady eventually called me up after I sent an email but was not much help since she did not even know where my order was! Just said they have too many orders and mine will be delivered today - obviously not done until this point which is why I am writing this review). In short my first experience with them has been horrendous! Bear in mind, the order is still undelivered at this time.

Simple question to you guys - why do you say 'same day delivery' when you know you wont be able to deliver even in 3 days? !

Fantastic experience online navigation was easy to follow, delivery was within the timeframe and veggies were fresh. Only found the pre cut pineapple was terrible and raw, 1 bad lemon and carrot.
Otherwise very happy!!! Highly recommended

Super convenient and good experience. The best part is the staff. Online customer service was prompt and helpful. The person who delivered was also smiling and happy to deliver the product. Got a discount when I ordered the vegetables and fruits. The site is easy to navigate and you have payment option to pay COD or via card. Highly recommend to anybody who wants to check out fruits & veggies delivered. Only issue I have is : use of too much single-use plastic.
