I had a great delivery experience- they were fast and efficient. The product quality is top-notch, and I really appreciated the regular updates about my order. Their customer service is also excellent.
We ran into a small issue on our end when we couldn’t find the box for the socket and emergency stopper, but their team was incredibly patient and guided us through everything. They were very helpful and supportive throughout the process.
Overall, a very positive experience with this store.

disappointed; i thought i could get the price advantage here but unfortunately the total amount that i paid is more than the price here in SA.Not recommended to buy from outside UAE especially KSA the tax is so high.

Delivered very fast on the same day when I ordered. Its all the way from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi. The product is also genuine. I was hesitant at first to order as it was cheaper compared to in the other online platforms.
