NOVADRUM | Steel Tongue Drums & Handpans Arvostelua

A great Instrument and perfect service! Shipment no problem at all. Only the pillar is way too small for the big tongue drum and therefore useless…

NOVA48 12 ++ in B Minor. She is deep and warm in sound and beautiful. A lot of possibilities zu discover..... :-)))

For the size also rather lightweight. Good portability with a drum backpack.

Very good experience with Novadrum, Andrew always in touch, good and clear communication. Shipping was fast. Thank you Novadrum Team

When ordering my drum I got an order number but no tracking number. I texted Novadrum. Andrew got back to me with tracking number. Drum came in on time was packaged well. From the first note I hit I knew this drum was a keeper. It has an Amazing sound and I can’t stop playing it.

I had seen commercials for Pandadrum but when I went on line found the sound and quality was less than I'd been led to expect. A further search brought me to Novadrum where I found the sound samples, especially the overtone models were far superior. Prices were quite reasonable and the package arrived super fast considering it came all the way from Ukraine. If you are in the market for this type of instrument I would definitely recommend Novadrum.

Beautiful Instrument, so happy with my purchase. Shipping wasn’t bad at all and it sounds amazing. I will definitely be getting more instruments from this company when possible. Thank you!

Always great to have a drum from Nova Drums get delivered to me . I always look forward for a new one to work with. Great quality, service, and Great sound!

Love at first sound ! Thank you for the amazing work

The Drum is super nice, sounds and looks great. Communication and shipment were both amazing too. Thanks!

My Novadrum (Centric Gothic, 432 Hz) has a wonderful sound—not only do the nine reeds produce beautiful tones, but the spaces between them also allow me to work with overtones. It fulfills my wishes and is very well made. Andrew's advice helped me a lot in choosing the right instrument. I am sure that I will enjoy the instrument very much and can only recommend that others invest in quality. The drum is definitely worth the money.

Very responsive team in answering questions to help selection, and love my drum.

Love it, wonderful sound, great customer service!

As a musician new to tongue drums, choosing the scale was more challenging than choosing the drum.
Andrew did a great job helping me select the right 1st scale for my Nova 48.

Amazing customer support.
Flexibility with everything we needed.

Nice tongue drum. Well dispatched. Took 5 days to reach Portland, Oregon USA.

Their customer service is friendly and prompt. The drum I was looking for wasn't available at the time. It took a few days of chatting with them (There is a pretty major time-zone difference between them and I) By the time I was ready to order they had made sure the drums were in-stock and ready to order. They also made sure to ship both of my orders together, despite ordering a day apart. They arrived in good condition, packaged well, and sound beautiful. One of the best customer service experiences I've had, highly recommend Novadrum

Quick shipping, amazing product!! It has changed my life. Saving up for another one!
