I should have been red flagged that the price of $33.99 for their 2025 copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC was too good to be true. I also should have read these reviews about the company before purchasing the download copy.

I am running a new Lenovo laptop with Windows 11, with all of the most current updates. I followed their directions and still was not able to launch the installation file. I emailed their support but didn't hear anything back until days later. The only response I got was their copy is Windows 11 compliant and should work on my laptop. Even after sending screenshots of the .exe file not executing, they did absolutely nothing to further assist me.

If you are looking for a legitimate seller of these discounted products, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You will probably run into the same issues as I did with this company. Luckily I was able to secure and executable copy from another company. But this lesson did cost me almost $34.

They advertise that they sell you a product key bu they give you a crack. Asked for refund and no response do not buy from this site it is a scam

I strongly advise against purchasing from this website.

The so-called Adobe Acrobat license came with installation instructions requiring antivirus deactivation, internet disconnection, and firewall blocking. This is not consistent with legitimate, authorized Adobe software.

When I raised concerns and requested a refund, I received repeated template responses and a flat refusal to refund, despite not installing or using the product. A serious and reputable company would not argue extensively over a small amount instead of resolving the issue professionally.

I have initiated a chargeback through my payment provider.

Proceed with extreme caution.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2025 Lifetime License For Windows, but it doesn't work.
After 28 hours, there's still no response from customer service.

Just an update, program works great!I would have given 5 stars but I had big issues trying to set this up as when I downloaded the file it didn't seem to correspond to the instructions. I watched the video or at least tried to but it was very blurry and was not in English. After about 45 minutes of fiddling around I did manage to get it all setup and running. I did reach out to the company for help and they responded within minutes so I was very impressed with that. They also, or so they told me, and I have no reason not to believe them, said if I got a new computer and needed to switch this program to it they would authorize the switch for me not just once but as often as I got a new computer (hopefully that won't be often!) Needless to say, if it wasn't for the fact of the initial setup I would have given them 5 stars and for customer service 10 stars. Haven't tried the program out yet but I have high hopes it will work amazingly.
