The drum arrived quickly and safely. It plays beautifully. It's a lot of fun. Give it a try!

Impeccable shop. Everything is displayed in my own language. The products are of top quality, just as advertised. Responses to email enquiries came on the same day, so good customer service. The payment process is simple. The goods were dispatched straight away, with an email notification providing the tracking details via the Novapost app. I was actually able to track the goods’ entire journey from Ukraine to Austria. A great experience from purchase to receipt of the goods!

I am absolutely delighted with my tongue drum (size 38). The sound is incredibly beautiful, resonant, and calming. The instrument itself is exceptionally well-crafted, durable, and looks like a piece of art. It’s very easy to play, making it perfect for meditation or just relaxing after a long day. The customer service team was also very helpful and responsive when I had questions about shipping. I highly recommend NovaDrum to anyone looking for a high-quality instrument!

Superschöne Zungentrommel mit vollem, sattem Klang. Habe schon zwei Stück davon. Die Kommunikation mit Novadrum ist sehr freundlich.

The Nova 28 two-sided drum was carefully packed and arrived safely together with the stand and the Drum Passport. Customer support was quick to respond and very helpful. The instrument sounds so beautiful when played with the mallets that even as a beginner, I feel like a virtuoso. Don't forget to try gently plucking the tongues with your fingernail – you might be pleasantly surprised by the beautiful sounds you discover.

I purchased the NovaDrum 38 and couldn’t be more pleased. Beautiful sounds, lovely craftsmanship. Great communication about details prior to shipping. I am so glad I went with this company in purchasing a steel-tongue drum.

—a gateway to relaxation

My new NovaDrum 38 (D Celtic Minor) is an absolute dream come true. The moment you place your hands on the tongues and strike that deep D3, you completely lose track of time and space. The sound is incredibly fluid, mystical, and profound—it is almost impossible to hit a wrong note because the scale harmonies flow together so naturally. The build quality and the sustain are absolute high-end level. If you are looking for an instrument to instantly unplug from daily stress and dive into a creative flow, Novadrum with team are the ones to go to. Thank you so much for this wonderful piece of art!

The whole experience with Novadrum was great! Beginning from the first contact via chat, continuing with the easy ordering process (even for a not listed scale), followed by always trackable shipment and last but not least a finally received masterpiece of musical instrument.

48 :-12-1 note gold C Pymgy 432hz.
Beautiful Craftsmanship & sound is outstanding. Excellent friendly customer service. Very happy thankyou Novadrum team.

Wow, this drum sounds incredible! The 1½-week wait was 100% worth it. The Nova Drum passport is an amazing touch—having the maker's info and the tuning for each tongue makes the whole instrument feel so personal. I'm brand new to the tongue pan community, but I can already tell this is the start of a major obsession!e.

The drum is exquisite. It is perfectly tuned and profoundly beautiful. I can get lost in playing it for hours.

Grate drum for anyone to pick up and play, sounds grate and very meditative instrument. Quality is exceptional and very durable. Customer service is always there when you have a question. Highly recommend.

Took some time to receive but the wait was worth it! Beautifully crafted, sounds amazing.

Item was sent as a gift to Europe, so three countries involved, and Novadrum made an effort to get the drum out in time for requested deadline. Recipient was very pleased with gift, and I was fully satisfied as the purchaser. Would definitely buy from again!

My experience with Novadrum was exceptional. The communication was responsive and I really appreciated the follow up to make sure the order was perfect. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. I received my item well packed. My drum is stunning. i hope one day to do her justice with my playing her. I recommend purchasing the stand as it is so aesthetically pleasing. I purchased the Nova38 in celtic d minor 432hz. I do my own healing and play for others with other 432hz instruments so it made sense for me to have it tuned that way which many companies do not offer in a smaller drum. I appreciate having the note card with the created date, by who, and the other details. I don’t know if i’ll ever be able to play it with my hands and that’s ok if i don’t. I still connect with her beautifully with the mallets. I looked at many other drums, but this company, where its made, and product resonated with me. I was able to get a smaller drum tuned to 432 that sounds amazing while being portable and not too large to sit on my dining table looking fabulous!
