NOT ON THE SHELF Arvostelua 

Ordered my daughter some trainers for her birthday, and delivery stated 3-4 days upon check out! These were ordered on 6h Sept and it’s now the 16th! I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them, but haven’t heard a thing back.

You didn't get 5 stars as your communication regarding delivery could be better. Otherwise pleased with the overall experience with your company.

I ordered an item which costed £300+ for a birthday not realising the dispatch time - I contacted the company 3 days after placing my order to see if they could have it shipped out earlier so that it would arrive on time. They replied quickly and informed me that the product I had ordered was undergoing authentication and they would stick it on 24h shipping to ensure it arrives with me in time for the birthday.

After checking my order on the order confirmation link, the item has not been shipped. It has now been a week and a half since the item was bought (over the dispatch time they have said to allow) and there has been no confirmation that my item has been sent.

I have contacted the company numerous times using their customer service and sales email and I have received no correspondence, despite their website saying they endeavour to reply within 6 hours.

Sadly the customer service is awful and will probably put me off ordering from here in the future!

Can’t fault at all, my order took a long time to come just with being out of stock, but Jack in client support kept me updated. Order arrived today and my daughter is over the moon.

Good honest company but delivery is not what is advertised. Much longer!

The advertised delivery is not 1-7. At the time I ordered is was advertised at 1-3.

Ordered Nike 95 turquoise and no updates and no response to emails. A very upset 😢 teenager who wanted them for holiday. Contacting the bank and reporting fraud

If I could rate this company a zero. They don’t respond to you & your order will not arrive thank god I was fully refunding back from my bank don’t waste your time. I sent emails insta messages Facebook & calls & yet I was totally ignored

Ordered a pair of trainers, no update on delivery sent 4 emails and messaged on instagram then thought let me look what reviews are and what a shock bad!! Will give it till the weekend then reporting it as fraud! Shocking customer service say they will reply in 6 hours well another JACK hasn’t replied in 72 hours! Just a massive scam why do people think that’s ok to do people who go a graft for their money.

I should have checked here before placing my order but got carried away. I placed an order on my birthday for what was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days and I haven’t received it. It’s been a week. I contacted every email listed and sent through the chat option on the website and still no response. I am contacting my bank to flag this as fraudulent because quite frankly, it is. Bad service and extremely bad experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are scam artists!!!!. They sell you something they do not have. Promise you 3-4 days delivery. You then wait 2 weeks with a none existent customer service.

ITS A SCAM!!!! Stay clear
