Despite the negative reviews I gave these guys a chance. What I would urge people to do is read the info on how they operate. If you want an Amazon next day experience then maybe not always the best option. However if you are willing to wait for them to find you the best possible price with attention to detail then this is a great company. I our case our son wanted a watch....I ordered it and received a confirmation....I then realised I had ordered the wrong one. I emailed them on a weekend and Aaron replied within an hour confirming he had altered the order with no extra charge. After a few days I got confirmation that the watch had arrived but did not pass quality control as the box was damaged. They confirmed a replacement had been sourced and the package arrived a couple of days later. If I had ordered from Amazon.....who didn't have stock anyway I would have got the damaged product quicker.....and had the onerous returns system to go through. So my point is.....if you want to buy something special then let's these guys source it. Dealing with humans that care is much more preferable to autobots in my view. Use the human touch or lose it......the choice is yours. Massive well done to Aaron and the team. Ade.

A company that does not give you any confidence to buy from them. You get a response before you purchase but then once you have ordered they do not reply. I have emailed, phoned and used their online message service just to be ignored. I have now been in touch with my bank who have refunded my money and blocked any future payments. Avoid at all costs !!
UPDATE : Received a refund which I am grateful for, but all that was needed was communication, you are not doing yourselves any favours by ignoring customers who have paid. Personally I would not buy from you again. Hope you improve on your Customer Service in the future.

Anyone thinking of ordering anything from this site . Stop don’t waste your money . Ordered some clothes they are way too big won’t allow me to change for different size . Won’t answer emails live chat . It’s gaff is a absolute scam

Contacted Klarna nothing they can do. Only way is to refund but can’t without the shoes.

Another birthday ruined by a bogus company

I placed an order on 11 January and this has still not been received. Tried to contact via email number of times but no response, and cannot find a contact telephone number for the company. It's a scam, they take the money and then ignore.

I placed an order on 27th Jan 24 and still haven't recieved my item! I have tried contacting them via email and messaging service on the website but have not had a reply. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

So i ordered welsh Bonner on the 1st of march and I am worried after reading some reviews they will not turn up I also haven’t had any updates I only got my confirmation email that’s it I would like an update if anyone could get in contact with me that would be great thank you

I ordered 2 pairs of UGGS and returned one pair via royal mail tracked as I was told to in an email I received from them. My item is showing as signed for by them but I have not received my refund over 5 weeks later. They have also stopped replying to any of my emails. Avoid!

If I could give a zero I would. Please take my advice and do not order from this company. I ordered Ugg Tazz for my daughter in November, waited for weeks, communication is terrible. I wrote a review on here, then got a phone call from Jack reassuring me that they will be here in time for Christmas and to please delete my review. Gave Jack the benefit of the doubt, waited another week no response from emails or contact centre. I phoned the bank and got a refund. 3 days later the the Ugg turn up, all well and good was pleased for my daughter. Upon opening the uggs are definitely not authentic and have a defect on the sole. I think the reason they take so long to come is he is ordering them from china and they are superclones. Messaged and emailed for help sending them back since the 20th December, no reply. Now they are out of the 14 day period to return, they are still sat in the box in my living room. And to top it all off the bank has messaged and said that the company want the money for them the charge is correct. So to summarise, I have a fake pair of Ugg Tazz lodging in my living room rent free and am £235 out of pocket.
So Jack when you read this, which I know you do, please contact me to return the offending items for free, no cost to me, I am contacting trading standards and you ruined my daughters Christmas

Ordered Uggs as they stated they had them in stock and dispatched in 3-5 days. A week later they still hadn't arrived, contacted them and said it was still being sourced. Another 2 weeks went by and they finally arrived BUT not in the colour ordered. Contacted them and they basically said I was lying and it is the right colour (even though I sent pictures as proof). Customer Service is shocking but luckily my bank sorted it out and I got my money back.

ORDER PLACED ON 26TH DECEMBER, E AMILED SEVERAL TIMES LEFT SEVERAL REVIEWS AND STILL NO REPLY OR MY UGGS, £250.00 I PAID FOR UGGS THAT RETAIL AT £130.00 !!!!!!! NEXT STEP, TAKE FURTHER ACTION. PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT LET THIS LIE

Hi I’ve sent an email concerning my order that I still havnt had no confirmation of shipment on it’s been 7days your website says 3-5days and that’s why I purchased from yourselves … could someone get back to me please

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered on 26th December for my daughters 16th birthday and received or heard nothing. I can’t afford £300 to be lost! I’ve contacted trading standards as I don’t feel this is a legit company. So far no goods, no contact, nothing!!

Purchased some UGG sliders off their website on the 4th January sadly before I read the reviews on here, so I emailed them asking to cancel the order.

I got a swift response from Jack Jarvis the Director on 4th Jan saying that I shouldn't worry and 'Your shoes are in stock, and can be with you within 2/3 working days.'

Fast forward to 11th Jan - To no surprise, I had no sign of the UGGS turning up and they hadn't even been marked as shipped.

I emailed them again on the 11th, and I was lied to again by Jack with him now saying in his email, "I will send you tracking shortly, these will be with you tomorrow, have expedited these to royal mails 24hr service"

The next day (12th) I asked for my tracking number... which was ignored of course.

Jan 15th I email again, ignored.

Jan 22nd I email again asking what is going on and then tell them I'm going to speak to my bank to get a refund as the shoes were never going to come.

Jan 25th Get my money back.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered on the 4th and had no sign of any shoes 3+ weeks later. They tried to tell me that some shoes were available but 'failed their authenticity checks' but I'm calling BS as it was clearly just a stalling technique.

AVOID.

Placed my order on the 7th December. I wrote a review 2 weeks ago explaining my situation with this company. Since then i have sent 3 more emails and contacted on all social media platforms, i am yes still waiting for a reply from them. It has been just over 6 weeks now and still waiting to hear something. Have now contacted my bank to try and get my money back. You might be one of the lucky 1% that receive your order and the company actually speak to you or you could be the other 99% that spend hundreds of pounds and hear nothing, Good luck 👍

Affordable pricing but terrible customer service. Stated delivery takes 3-4 days, it’s been a week and my shoes haven’t even been dispatched. Seeing the other reviews im starting to get worried. Please someone contact me back.

I wrote a review on this website as i saw that some other reviews had reply's from the company, ive still not heard anything and now im getting so frustrated and will take matters further, ive had no replys, no updates, i understand there may be delays but at least have the decency to explain the situation. I ordered a pair of UGGS on 26th December 2023, I paid £250.00 (the Ugg's only retail at £170.00) but I really wanted them so paid the extra. I have emailed several times demanding answers or a refund and had no response. Online it says 3-4 delivery !!!!!!!

Shocking Customer Service!!
I purchased a pair of Ugg Tazz almost a week ago which were not at all cheap and I have not received any form of confirmation. I have made 4 attempts to contact Not on Shelf and I have not received 1 single response.
Today out of the blue, I received a text message from DDP confirming a delivery slot however, when I returned home, a parcel had not been delivered by DPD. I checked the tracking and parcel has been delivered to a personal address at the other side of the country. Now I'm not even sure if this was the parcel because as I've mentioned, I have not received anything at all from the vendor however, I am not waiting on anything else.

I think I have been scammed!!

Who has the number for this company order my item a few days ago now with no update been emailing and no reply ?
