NOT ON THE SHELF Arvostelua 

I’m giving 4 stars as it took 2 weeks to be sourced and delivered and not 1-2 days to despatch as stated. Communication not great but they do eventually get back to you. Goods were excellent when they arrived.

With all the company’s out here ,why did I use these
It’s a very misleading company ,the correspondence is shocking and the one I did get is just a blag
They do not have the products at hand and this is not mentioned until you read the small print ,again misleading

Took your money £379 and on there site says Unfulfilled,now have to battle to get my money back

I ordered a tracksuit for my Sons birthday, I really wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing! This is a scam company. I ordered ten days ago and haven’t received my order, the website says 3-4 days. I emailed I said it was a present and could they send it any faster, Jack said he would send it Royal Mail next day delivery and still nothing. Now they don’t reply to my emails or respond on live chat!

DO NOT ORDER from this company, scammed me for an item over £300, been 3 weeks and it still hasn’t been delivered and no updates, emailed them nearly every day and never had a response. Had to report it to my bank. Save yourself time and money and do not every buy anything!

Absolutely a nightmare, payed for the trainers waited a month for them to arrive as they were being sourced which they never stated on the website id have to wait for them. Then Finnaly get them and there faulty. And now they are ignoring my emails after I’ve sent them photos and emailed them 10 times asking for a refund. Biggest headache ever had with this company.

Do not buy anything from them.
I have been promised a call / update within an hour and surprise surprise nothing.
I have contacted Barclaycard to tell them these are a fraudulent business and will also contact trading standards - they are just liars!

My mother ordered a £300 watch from this company for my father's 60th birthday and it hasn't been delivered. After 9 days (7 business days) the status remains at "Order placed". I have tried contacting them via their chat, which says they replies in a few minutes, but I've now been waiting 2 days... I have also contacted them via email with no response, I have sent a second email today threatening to report them to Trading Standards but I doubt I'll get a reply.
My mother is so upset as now she has been scammed out of £300 and has no gift for my father for his mile stone birthday.

I have to admit I was a bit worried checking Trustpilot after I placed order. Trainers arrived in 7 days which was a little longer than I was lead to believe when ordering but over all very happy.

No recourse if the product is not as expected.

Advertised as “same day dispatch” it took a week and half to be dispatched! Waste of time, will not be ordering again!

Good customer service

Ordering was easy but it took longer than expected to come and after a text the reply was very satisfactory and the product was just what I wanted .

States 2-3 days lead time so ordered a watch for my partners birthday arrived 2 weeks later after trying to cancel the order 3 times. Didn’t except the parcel when it arrived and contacted my bank to get the money back. No communication.
Apparently the small print says there’s a 7-10 lead time to source the product.

Royal mail went wrong 24 hour delivery paid for a week later I still don't know what's happening with the parcel and customer service not replying to my emails

Very fast and all came as expected
