È la prima volta che ordino da questo…
È la prima volta che ordino da questo sito, ho fatto un ordine con 5 paia di orecchini. La spedizione è stata tracciabile per tutto il tempo tramite il link fornito. Purtroppo appena prima della consegna prevista le poste mi hanno informato che il mio pacco risultava gravemente danneggiato quindi non consegnabile. Ho subito contattato il negozio che mi ha risposto il giorno dopo informandomi di aver provveduto una nuova spedizione. Gli orecchini sono arrivati tutti interi. Sono molto carini e sembrano ben fatti. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Se posso solo dare un suggerimento, aggiornerei per correttezza le informazioni sulle spedizioni in Italia, in quanto sul sito indica 3-5 giorni lavorativi ma non sono realistici. La tempistica corretta è da 5 a 8 giorni. Inoltre visto come è andata la prima spedizione penserei a un modo di proteggere un po meglio il pacchetto. Ad ogni modo consiglio l’acquisto e credo che ordinerò ancora da loro perché ho visto che anche se ci sono problemi ti assistono senza difficoltà.

La mia esperienza così come quella di tante persone è estremamente negativa. Ho fatto un ordine il giorno 29 maggio e ad oggi, nonostante io abiti a Milano (una grande metropoli, dove di solito le spedizioni arrivano subito), il pacco non risulta neanche tracciabile. Dopo averli contattati per più di una settimana, le uniche risposte che mi sono arrivate dai bot riguardavano un link di una spedizione INESISTENTE. Continuano a dirmi che la spedizione è stata avviata, ma ancora nulla. Inizierò a prendere provvedimenti, e nel caso non dovessi rispondere andrò nel legale. Pessima esperienza. Le recensioni positive sono chiaramente ulteriori truffe. Da denunciare subito

Quick delivery, but issue with closing earring
I received my package rather quickly, delivered in the mailbox, which was nice. One of the earrings didn't close. I read in the FAQ that this is common and that I should force it, there even is an Instagram video on how to do this. The issue is fixed after several tries, however, it's not a good first impression and I expected better quality. Hopefully the quality (material, color) of the earrings will be better.

Ringe sind NICHT verstellbar + zu strenge Rückgabebedingungen
Ich habe mir Ringe bestellt, die alle als "verstellbar" bezeichnet wurden. Bis auf zwei sehr dünne Ringe (die leider einen billigen Eindruck machen) lassen sich die Ringe keinen Millimeter anpassen.
Durch die strengen Rückgabebedingungen (kein getragener Schmuck, Siegel müssen verschlossen bleiben, Rücksendekosten müssen selbst getragen werden, Artikel müssen innerhalb von 14 Tagen wieder bei notbranded eingetroffen sein) habe ich jetzt 6 Ringe, die mir nicht passen

Slechte kwaliteit
Mooie juwelen, jammer van de slechte kwaliteit. Gaat af, oorbellen krijg je amper uit omdat het zo’n straf slotje is (hoops die je moet inklikken). Enkelbandje ook beschadigd aangekomen verf half af. Heel spijtig, want wel echt mooie juwelen. Prijzig voor zo’n slechte kwaliteit.

Snelle en correcte reactie
De bestelde sieraden waren verloren gegaan bij de post, en Notbranded reageerde onmiddellijk op mijn vraag en was heel behulpzaam. Ze hebben meteen een nieuwe levering opgestuurd.
Daarnaast zijn de sieraden gewoon ontzettend mooi en goede kwaliteit.
Ik ga hier zeker nog bestellen en hopen dat de post ook zijn werk zal doen ;-)

I have not received my order two weeks after its been shipped so I emailed support. They responded within minutes. The response was very kind and they investigated my situation. After a few days they sent the shipment again free of charge. I hope this time it will arrive.

Nieuwe oorbellen ter vervanging van een kapot ringetje
Ik had oorbellen gekocht, waarvan 1 ringetje niet goed sloot. Toen ik hierover mailde, werd ik meteen heel vriendelijk geholpen. Toen het inderdaad gewoon niet in orde bleek te zijn, kreeg ik spontaan een nieuw setje oorbellen toe gestuurd! Super service dus! Dankjewel!

No customer support (issue now sorted)
I bought a pair of earrings, but for some odd reason they were returned to the sender (I have a 24h concierge, so really not sure what could possibly have gone wrong).
It's not necessarily anyone's fault, but I reached out to customer support and it's now been two weeks without a reply to any of my emails. Not a great start!
——- after a couple of weeks support got in touch and were helpful to post the parcel again and arrived as expected. So changing from 1 to 3. Thank you

Gar nicht erst ausgepackt
Da man den Schmuck eingepackt mit Siegel bekommt, kann man diesen nicht anprobieren da man ihn bei nicht gefallen ansonsten nicht zurück schicken kann.
Zur Qualität kann ich daher leider nichts sagen, ich habe die Ketten ohne sie auszupacken zurück geschickt. Mir war das ganze zu heikel, falls sie mir an mir nicht gefallen.
