Notbranded Arvostelua 

I placed my first order a couple weeks ago, I realized I wanted to add something and they were very helpful and fast. Tracking number was available only from when the parcel reached my Country, but it only took some business days.
Unfortunately one item was a little bit damaged, I wrote them and they sent me a new one.
I'm very happy with my purchase and experience.

Unfortulatly two items of my order were already defective but i asked via email for a solution and my mail was answerd very fast. I got new and perfectly beautiful items.

Tolles Branding, aber die Qualität hat abgenommen. Verschlüsse gehen schnell kaputt oder Ketten färben sich ab.
Lieferung ist super schnell.

Das einzig positive was ich sagen kann, ist das die Rückerstattung funktioniert hat. Der Schmuck sieht super billig aus. Also er wurde sehr billig hergestellt und das sieht man ihm sofort an. Schaut nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Ist auch sehr leicht, wie Spielzeug Schmuck für Kinder. Würde im Leben nicht nochmal etwas bestellen dort.

Si tratta di un laboratorio di bijoux non preziosi, assolutamente economici, ma che in compenso fanno una gran bella figura. Sono colorati, allegri, divertenti, estrosi, abbinabili o matchabili. Possono essere discreti e poco visibili, per un look non appariscente; oppure più vistosi. I colori sono tantissimi e originali. Io li adoro!

Mijn ketting kwam hier helemaal stuk toe. Ik had een handje vol losse kralen.ik stuurde dezelfde dag nog een mailtje naar Notbranded. Ik kreeg dadelijk een mailtje terug met de vraag om een foto op te sturen. Heb ik dadelijk gedaan en enkele dagen later vond ik een mooie nieuwe ketting in mijn brievenbus. SUPER

I've ordered for the first time very recently. Simply loved their colourful bracelets!
One of them arrived slightly scratched and the customer care team was quick to help and make sure I had the best experience, despite the little hiccup.

I've always had a great experience with Notbranded in terms of product quality, price, and shipping. Unfortunately, during my last order, the local courier ran into issues and the package got stuck in transit. Mooie sieraden en veel variatie. Kwaliteit is ook goed want heb mijn sieraden al een paar jaar!

What I really appreciate: super prompt shipping and delivery to a parcel box. Arrives in ~ 1 week which is great for where I live. Never had issues with an address misprint or anything of the sort, all notifications in order.
Quality of the pieces - good. Nothing has tarnished yet. Amazingly, I've been wearing a ring (Victoria) all summer, washing hands with it during the day, and it still looks fine.
Finally, I love that there is a wide choice of earrings that are a closed loop. I wear headphones often, and sleep without taking them off, and it's comfortable and secure - it will also be good with winter hats!
All in all, I'm a fan.

The products are of very good quality. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this company to others.

Shameless copies of MyJewellery’s designs
This brand had shamelessly copied designs of the (also Dutch) brand MyJewellery. This is unacceptable. I hope they will get sued for this.
Edit: funny how their reply makes it worse. It is not similar, but a shameless copy. Even the way it is presented in the box is the same.

Mooie en originele producten. Goede levering ook.
Helaas is er wel regelmatig een issue met de oorringen die niet goed kunnen sluiten.

Sehr schlechte und billige Qualität, ganz dünne und weiche biegsame Stecker. Ohrringe, die bereits beim vorsichtigen Herausziehen aus der Plastikumhüllung verbiegen und auch bereits schon vorher verbogen sind.
Defekte Verschlüsse, Steinchen fallen schon raus beim Herausziehen aus der Plastikumhüllung. Insgesamt habe ich bessere Qualität aus China-Shops zu Hause. Sehr enttäuschend, da das Design mir sehr gefällt. Schade, notbranded, ihr hättet bei einer guten Qualität wie bei Konkurrenten Pu.... oder Lua.... sicher ein großes Potenzial mit dem Design gehabt. Mich habt ihr verloren.
