Shitty quality
I already ordered some jewelry from Notbranded a few years ago. Those are high quality so a few months ago, I ordered 5 more. 3 of those 5 arrived broken and damaged and the other two are also worse quality as the jewelries I had from them from few years ago.
Of course I wrote their customer support, and specifically asked them if they could re-send the broken ones, instead of refund. They didn’t answered, just refunded me.

Ik had een armbandje gekocht bij notbranded, jammer genoeg was die stuk gegaan. Maar de klantenservice was echt fantastisch! Ze hebben heel snel vervanging geregeld en ik ben er heel blij mee. Net wel in een verkeerde kleur maar niet alles kan perfect zijn!

Al momento inserisco una stella in quanto non si capisce dove sia il mio ordine.
Non riesco nemmeno a contattare il servizio clienti essendo che l'indirizzo messo a disposizione risulta inesistente.
Mi è stata mandata una comunicazione dicendo che il mio ordine è stato spedito, ma cliccando per seguire il tracciamento su poste italiane, risulta inesistente.

Keine Rückerstattung erhalten - no refund for my return
Von der Qualität der Artikel war ich leider nicht überzeugt. Die Verschlüsse haben geklemmt und die Verarbeitung billig gewirkt.
Also habe ich meine Bestellung fristgerecht auf eigene Kosten zurückgesendet.
Zwei Monate später heißt es immer noch, mein Paket wäre nicht dort angekommen und daher bekomme ich auch mein Geld (fast 90€) nicht zurück. Damit macht es sich die Firma wirklich leicht. Dabei ist das für sie wahrscheinlich nicht mal viel Geld, für
Mich jedoch schon.
Der Kundenservice antwortet schnell, aber es ist unglaublich, dass es kein Entgegenkommen seitens der Firma gibt. Ich würde jedem abraten dort zu bestellen.

Die Produkte sind überhaupt nicht hochwertig für den Preis! Ein Ohrring ist direkt beim aufmachen der Packung kaputt gegangen! Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht auf den Bildern sehen die Artikel viel besser aus als in Wirklichkeit und es mangelt an Qualität!

Quick understanding and compensation provided
I was not happy with the gold colour of the ring that I ordered and contacted client service for this. After sending them some pictures, they were understanding and offered me to choose another item. Very responsive, helpful and friendly communication.

Ich wurde gerade von notbranded angeschrieben, aber ohne wirkliched Angebot bezüglich der Retourkosten. Lediglich mit einem Discount für nächste Bestellungen. Daher bleibt es bei meiner Bewertung. Die Rücksendekosten sind im Verhältnis zu den Artikel viel zu hoch. Ich wäre bereit gewesen wie bei anderen Anbietern 2-3€ Rücksendekosten zu tragen. Aber da man die Rücksendung auch noch in die Niederlande schicken muss, stehen diese Kosten in keinem Verhältnis zu der Bestellung. Sehr schade. Aber da gibt es weitaus andere Kundenfreundlichere Anbieter.
Ich würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben, aber das geht leider nicht. Die Sachen an sich sind schön. Aber da man die kompletten Versandkosten selbst tragen muss, fällt die Bewertung entsprechend aus. Ich habe für due Retoure 20€ bezahlen müssen. Da sie auch noch in die Niederlande verschickt werden musste. Sorry...aber das war das erste und leider auch das letzte Mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe

Klantenservice IS ook echt een klantenservice !
Na het bestellen ontving ik mijn armband al heel snel, aangenaam verrast!
Helaas had het verfbad niet goed gepakt en heb ik contact opgenomen met de customer care. Na beoordeling vanaf een foto heb ik nog dezelfde werkdag de toezegging ontvangen dat er een nieuw exemplaar onderweg is.
Er kan altijd een defect zijn aan een artikel, maar dit werd zo klantvriendelijk opgelost, heel blij mee!
