Paid twice, refund impossible

One star. Paid NotaryPro to notarize a standard Family Gift vehicle form. The notary commissioned it with a required field left blank and never said a word. Service Ontario rejected it at the counter, and we had to pay again for on-site notarization to fix NotaryPro's oversight.
NotaryPro refused a refund - first claiming the notary has no duty to look at the form at all, then demanding "proof of rejection" from Service Ontario, which doesn't exist because clerks just hand the form back verbally. An impossible condition is not a refund policy, it's a way of saying no.
The result: I paid twice and got a runaround instead of accountability. Use a notary who actually looks at your document. Avoid this service.
