I waited 40 min for my book and I was rescheduled without the person asking me. It had a technical problem that I was able to fix very fast( without any help) the notary agent said will wait, but she lie. The second schedule person was fine, but the first one made me feel really not respected.

no response to resign or resend me the files that I can submit to court. no consideration to my time resolving notarypro mistakes. No credit for unusable document without dates.

paid for immediate, service was NOT immediate
I booked and paid for an immediate appointment. There was a wait of 3 people, and it was taking too long, so I booked an appointment instead. I still got charged the extra fee. My appointment was on time, quick and easy. I think that the advertising is misleading, and if an appointment is booked instead, there should be a refund for the immediate fee.
In regards to the reply from Notary Pro on this review, no one entered the meeting room which is why I made an appointment. The immediate service is misleading because none of what you explained in your reply is presented on the website. It's advertised as an immediate service "in minutes" not wait in a que.

While the queue may have shown three people ahead of you, we have multiple notaries assisting clients simultaneously, so the number displayed doesn't necessarily reflect the actual wait time. For immediate requests, our notaries also begin reviewing and preparing documents as soon as the request is received. In your case, the notary joined your video call within 9 minutes, and the document preparation had already begun before the call.

Watch out for fee gouging during checkout
Edit - All well and good that you feel that I got "enhanced service", however when you are comparison shopping, there are other services that give quick service - probably as fast as yours - because you don't disclose that instant service actually will result in a wait. From that point of view, I would have opted for making an appointment with one of your competitors so that I didn't have to wait around for you to have an agent available. An appointment in 15 minutes is a better use of my time than waiting for "instant" service (which may have actually taken longer in the end). The bigger problem is that you continue to ignore the transparency issue with your response. You didn't clearly disclose the fee upfront. ORIGINAL POST - The service is efficient. I need a simple Affidavit for identification purposes. I was well organized and it only took a few minutes. Most of the time was spent waiting for their servers to load. I was most frustrated by the lack of transparency in pricing. The base price was advertised and more expensive than most of the competition, but I opted for the Staples affiliation for the "trust" factor. At checkout, there was an extra $9.00 added without explanation. This type of gouging is unwarranted. While we have been forced to accept late add-on fees, this practice should be outlawed and all transactions should require full disclosure.
