Great service
The notary (Timothy) was very helpful, patient and efficient. We were done after 15 mins. Actually the whole experience from taking the appointment until receiving the notarized document was extremely smooth.

Spelling error
The service is convenient and quick. In our case however, the documents came with our Province of residence miss spelled forcing us to get them reissued. Luckily, this was discovered before we submitted them to the court.

However, we’re very sorry to learn about the spelling error on your province of residence and the inconvenience this caused in needing the documents reissued. We understand how important accuracy is, especially for court submissions, and we appreciate that you were able to identify the issue before filing.
Unprepared
I believe a notary should understand and explain what is needed in every situation. One form needed to be signed in person not digitally, so it was rejected. I also didn't have everything else required to register the car with Service Ontario. Notarize.ca should inform their customers so they are perfectly prepared if they actually are educated in law practices.

The process was straightforward, yet exhibited some operational inefficiencies.
While the video conferencing tool functioned as intended, there was a lack of proactive guidance regarding the joining procedure. Users are currently only informed of the joining process once the legal professional initiates the meeting. We recommend that clear instructions, potentially including visual aids, be incorporated directly into the meeting invitation to prevent user confusion.
Despite these technical and support-related challenges, the legal professionals demonstrated exceptional helpfulness. Significant improvements are required in the areas of technical instructions and support.
