A huge thanks to the team at Norwich…

A huge thanks to the team at Norwich trust especially Jamie and Stuart 🙂 this is my first time taking out a loan and they were ever so attentive and most importantly maintained contact at all times through the process. Would I recommend them to a friend, most definitely also would I take out another loan with them it’s another yes.

Great customer service

Great customer service , very friendly , polite, helpful. The gentlemen i dealt with was so helpful talking me through each stage. Would highly recommend .

Monika was really helpful

Monika was really helpful. She took the time to discuss what would work best for me and explained everything very well. She made the experience very straight forward for me.

Highly recommend

Monika Gebska dealt with my application and was incredible from start to finish. Very professional yet personable and informative. It was hard to find time to speak but Monika was very patient. Paperwork was easy to complete and sign. Would highly recommend.

Snowballing middle earner

I am very pleased with my contact with the service. I spoke to Ryan who was incredibly understanding and very helpful in navigating how best to consolidate a number of debts I have. Nothing was too much trouble and no questions were judged. I did ask some unusual questions however having got myself into a very precarious situation like a number of people with the cost of living it was really helpful to have a human voice who validated and provided me with excellent support during the application process. I feel so relieved and happy to have reached out to this company to consolidate my debts. I am a middle earner who has found themselves in a snowballing situation. Thankfully I now have a resolution and a long-term plan to effectively manage my day-to-day and longer term finances. I would highly recommend this loan company to anybody particularly those who are in the middle earning bracket and struggling with the ongoing challenges we are facing in 2025+. Once again, I just wish to acknowledge Ryan as he was very personable and professional. Excellent.
