Still awaiting my returned deposit that I was told I would receive. It has been over a month.

Very poor in communication once you say you do not want a vehicle.

Very poor in communication which lead to the reason I didn't view vehicle.

Currently on holiday till end of june.

I will be pursuing a small claims if deposit is not returned by end of june.

Spoke to preston manager who said he would speak to Morecambe branch

Any further forward??? No of course not.

So after writing a another email as requested still no answer, phone call or email back.

If you can't be trusted with replying to a email........

Initial service very prompt and they listened to what I wanted. Found the potential right car but it needed some repair. They said they would do it for me (body work) if I paid a deposit of £500 for the car. If not satisfied they would return it . As promised the work was completed to a good standard and I bought the car. After care service was good and quick and an additional promise to provide a piece of technology for the car was fulfilled post sale. Thanks for that. Haider, the salesman was courteous, helpful and super fast at answering any messages. The car was MOT and valeted . The only thing I would say is check fuel levels before taking away as mine almost ran out on way home( I had 25 miles to drive home ). Other than that it was a good experience with no problems.

Overpromised and undelivered. Avoid this place.

I signed paperwork to purchase a car in February 2026. After 3 months of dealer-caused issues, they completely withdrew the sale, leaving me with nothing.

Communication from my assigned salesperson was non-existent. I have WhatsApp proof of ignored messages, unfulfilled promises of updates, and misinformation. When called out on these contradictions, they simply ignored my messages.

This firm fails at due diligence. They do not appear to complete safety checks before letting people test drive or sign for vehicles. My intended car had a major fault, and the courtesy car they gave me after a month of waiting also had misaligned steering and broken hazard lights.

Furthermore, 5–6 weeks of the delays happened simply because they didn't have copies of important documents and had to reorder them from the DVLA.

Ultimately, they cancelled the deal because the repair costs were too high for them to then sell at the agreed price—faults that should have been resolved before letting customers test drive.

Save yourself the stress. I went to a professional dealership and had a car in 4 days.

Do not buy from this company. This company charge an extortionate £250 admin fee and insist on a £500 deposit but won't tell you that it's non refundable , I was stupid enough to give them the £500 deposit. I phoned them 30 minutes after leaving the showroom to cancel the order and requested my deposit back. I then received a nasty email stating I cannot have the deposit back as I saw the car and signed. Yes they are legally allowed to keep the deposit, but just because it is legal doesn't make it right or the correct thing to do. People change there mind and if you want the customers trust, and want them to return and recommend to family and friends then stop holding people's deposits and sending nasty unnecessary emails. The big car dealerships (Arnold Clark or Motorpoint etc) are very successful because they don't hold customers deposits and build that trust knowing customers will return. That £500 deposit that you keep will cost you in the long run. As you probably make four times that £500 on each sale, hopefully this post will help deter others from making the same mistake i made and every sale you've lost has cost you four times my deposit.
My ending statement and advice is this, do not buy from this company. They cannot be trusted and not retuning deposits or holding deposits to ransom signals red flags and questions customer care. There is better dealerships out there that can be trusted. Please don't make the same mistake I made by trusting this company.

I rang a week in advance explaining that we would be driving 100 miles that week and that we would need a car to drive away on the day,

I emailed 48 hours before to confirm the day (Today) we would be collecting

Took time off work to drive down and collect only to be told that the car we paid a deposit for has no MOT and is not ready at all, no apology no nothing.

After looking at a few more cars which again had no MOT we left with nothing only to drive back another 100 miles home empty handed

I could not have been clearer in my conversation that we would need the car the day we attended, having travelled so far, It was a complete waste of time and more importantly money in fuel and lost earnings

STILL WAITING ON DEPOSIT REFUND 3 DAYS LATER

My youngest daughter found a car online that she was interested in buying from the Morecambe branch. She rang them on Monday to see if she could come and test drive it. They told her they couldn't find the keys but they would ring her back when they found them. By Tuesday, she still hadn't heard from them so rang again. Once more they told her they couldn't find the keys but would ring her back. They did ring her back, but not until Wednesday when she was at work and couldn't take the call. When she picked up their message that they had finally found the keys, she arranged to leave work early so that she could go and see the car. When she rang the Morecambe branch to tell them she would come to test drive the vehicle, they informed her they had already sold the car and implied it was her fault for being too slow off the mark!! To add insult to injury they they then tried to get her to buy other more expensive cars one of which, when she checked it on the government website, had previously been written off.

My eldest daughter had previously bought a car from North West Trading Centre. I had gone with her to test drive it and she had agreed to buy the car once they had investigated a warning light on the dashboard. This was resolved and my daughter went to collect the car a few days later without me there. The salesman then informed her there was a £250 admin fee in addition to the cost of the car. Being only young, my daughter paid this without challenge, but this fee was never mentioned whilst I was there.

I get the impression that the salesmen at the Morecambe branch are happy to take advantage of young inexperienced drivers. Would not recommend.

Recently purchased a used Mercedes Benz C Class from NWTC. The car is fantastic and the aftersales professionalism is second to none. The car had a full MB service history and a few niggles were also sorted out to my complete satisfaction. Jack dealt with the whole process with Tyler and I would buy from them again! Thank you very much.

Had a great experience from start to finish with purchasing a new car. Wayne was always pleasant, knowledgable and always available to discuss and answer any questions I had. I made an appointment to see him and the car which was shown on time and it was exactly what Wayne had shown me when he sent me the video. Really happy

I went to Northwest Trade Centre in Preston unannounced to buy a Kia Sportage, however when I got there they said it wasn't there, even though they emailed me in the morning to say they did have it.

LPDreadful place. Sold us an unroadworthy vehicle and refused consumer rights to return it or indeed do anything. No option left but to sue for refund. We had help from Consumer Rights but North West Trade Centre still ignored our rights.The response about spares or repairs and it all being explained is rubbish and very much not the case. We have contacted them and nothing was sorted.
