Purchased a salvimar pneumatic speargun…
Purchased a salvimar pneumatic speargun from nootica and it arrived on time with no pump and no spear. Customer service told me they do not come with a pump but they did send me a new spear after I turned down the 20 dollar voucher to their website to spend another fortune on shipping. DHL was the only option for shipping and was $57.00 for a $90.00 speargun incomplete set. Will never use this website again

Nootica saved my SUP season this year since my local aquatone supplier does not have any spare parts in stock and was not willing to help. Delivery was super fast and within estimated dates. Thanks again Nootica team.

SUP Defectuosa, Servicio Post venta te marean y no resuelven nada, te buscan excusas para culparte del problema.
Compre una SUP con toda la ilusión del mundo y después de 4 salidas hinchando la tabla con el inflador manual, detecto no se puede inflar. Tras ponerme en contacto con ellos, y contestarme que si no soy capaz de inflar la SUP de forma manual compre uno automático. (De risa)
Compruebo que tampoco hay fugas y finalmente me dicen que la envié.
Toca enviar a Francia, cuyos portes pago yo.
Me dicen que me envían de nuevo la tabla (les pregunto si la han revisado y esta todo OK no contestan) tal cual la saco de la caja pruebo la SUP con el mismo inflador y exactamente lo mismo, (no hicieron NADA). Y me dicen que allí funcionaba correctamente, pruebo con dos infladores automáticos les mando videos, (me dicen que el problema ahora es que no son infladores espécificos) compro un inflador automático especifico para SUP de hasta 20 PSI y la tabla no es capaz de llegar a 1 PSI de presión, pero según ellos la tabla esta perfecta. Y yo debo haber manipulado la válvula o alguien de mi empresa "dicen". (Es Totalmente falso!!)
Y no van a tomar ninguna medida para ayudar.
Trato vejatorio, se ríen de uno, buscan excusas para echarte la culpa del problema!
Me han jodido las vacaciones, hacen perder el tiempo, marearte como si fueras tonto, dinero y paciencia!

Me sorprende que más de 2 meses después me contestéis ahora con esto, no tengo que ver ningún video se perfectamente como inflar mi SUP y se que el inflador funciona correctamente al igual que tengo un inflador eléctrico especifico para SUP que compre y os mande un video para que vierais como es IMPOSIBLE inflar la tabla.
(Ya 3 meses sin poder usar la tabla que compre, he tenido que comprar otra a otra empresa y tanto con el inflador de origen como el automático funcionan correctamente para la tabla, para la barca y para cualquier cosa que quiera inflar.) Pasáis siempre la pelota al cliente culpando del problema o por un lado o por otro.
Me sorprende lo amable que sois por aquí cuando este fue el ultimo mensaje recibido de vuestro servicio postventa:
- "En el futuro no se tendrá en cuenta ninguna petición suya en relación con este problema, porque no tenemos tiempo que perder por un Tabla que está en perfecto estado de funcionamiento."
Antes de cerrar el "Canal" para que ya no pueda contestar:

Te confirmamos que tu tabla fue enviada por nuestro equipo postventa en perfecto estado, sin ningún problema, después de haber sido inflada y verificada.
Si deseas comprobar como inflar tu tabla puedes ver nuestros videos youtube e igualmente no dudes en verificar que el inflador comprado funciona correctamente.

Poor customer service
Ordered a new sup paddle for £120. The plastic clamp on the paddle end broke off. Filled out RMA and was told to glue it with the glue that came with my SUP. Disappointing

Cheaters
In the order of wetsuit item was avilable to deliver but after order they said trousers is not avilable .so, the order delay more than 10 days.
I orderd c4 wetsuit made in Italy size S But they sent me c4 made in Cambodia for the jacket and China for the trousers, above all the sent M size.
The same issue for Mars mask China mask with bad finishing for the item.
Plus missing item , mask strap.
The are cheaters.
I don't recommend dealing or talking to them.

Bought inflatable iRig sail to use on…
Bought inflatable iRig sail to use on my Fanatic SUP. The sail was delivered to my house in France at no extra cost and 3 days from ordering. I tried to delay the delivery my a day but trying to contact the French company GTS was difficult and it was delivered to my neighbour. I plan to use the sail in Royan in August but impressed with the correct size for M - 5ft 7 so medium size. To check it out It inflates very quickly with an electric pump and the sail with inflatable mast and boom is very light.
