Easy to buy process

Ich habe mich für das Halsband interessiert und wollte wissen was es kostet. VORSICHT es geht sofort zu Paypal und das Geld ist weg. Jetzt sind die Halsbänder angekommen und die Funktionieren kein Stück. Ich habe auch versucht die Ware zu stornieren und zu Widerrufen. Keine Chance. ACHTUNG BETRUG!!!!!!

Stopped working after 1 month it shows it charged but will not turn on emailed the company and was told to bad cannot do anything after 30 days and only if the collar is unused and unopened.

The customer experience is awful. The website is very tricky—if you accidentally click on an offer, even lightly, the purchase is made immediately. Be very careful.

They claim to have quick delivery, but when you try to cancel or request a return, it’s nearly impossible. On the website, the “Returns & Cancellation” section just says “here” with no actual link.

Purchasing is extremely easy, but there is no clear or accessible way to get help with cancellations or refunds. I tried emailing to request a refund, but the email wouldn’t even go through.

I ORDERED BY MISTAKE(JUST LOOKING AT THEIR PAGE,THEN THE CHILD I WAS LOOKING AFTER ,A BABY GRABBED MY PHONE AND SUDDENLY ORDER PLACED,I WAS LOOKING AT 2 COLLERS,I GOT CHARGED FOR 4! I TRIED TO STOP STRAIGHT AWAY THEY SAID IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED! AND TO CONTACT THEM ONCE IT ARRIVED,ALL 4 COLLARS ARRIVED,I CONTACTED THEM AND HAVE BEEN STUCK IN A LOOPHOLE OF THE SAME GENERIC MESSAGES FROM THEM,THEIR IS NO RETURN LABEL AND THEY DO NOT REPLY WHERE TO SEND BACK TO IM OUT OF POCKET £200 AND NOW I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY

If I could give it a zero I would! I ordered one collar for my one dog and the charges me and invoices me for five! I immediately called (within minutes) and was told my order was being updated to reflect one collar and I would get an updated invoice within the hour. Instead I got a shipping confirmation of all 5 collars! I’ve done life chat and emailed back and get either an undeliverable message or an automated message telling me to try the product and return within 30 days. No one can give me return instructions and the links on their website of who to email are blank links. Stay far away from this scam!

I NEVER RECEIVED IT. It said it was delivered but it wasn't. Try to teach out to them but no luck SCAM.

This is a scam site. I never received the product.

I never received the product. And when I inquired about it, I got an email saying it had been delivered when it hadn't. There's no phone number to call. Pretty sure this is not a legitimate web site.

I bought 2 collars on the recommendation of a friend. Our dog is a very furry 6yo Pomeranium. I did email the company asking whether the collar does not work because he is so furry. However no response has been received. That, in itself, is disappointing.
27 Dec: Email received... I can accept 25% of the purchase price and keep the collars OR send them back [to where] at my expense [?] AND they must be unused -- that is they can't be tried and tested on the dog. How professional is that.

I needed to return my purchase and wanted to speak to the company about this but could not contact them on any of the email addresses or phone numbers they gave in spite of them declaring that they were always available to help! The collar was very expensive. This is a warning to others not to buy from this company. I should have read all the bad reviews before buying!

Whatever you do do not order from this USA based company. THEY ARE NOT AUSTRALIAN and you get charged a ridiculous amount and they try to set up subscriptions...

They sent me a non branded collar which they have rebranded their on line advertising to another company’s product.
The exact same product is available at Kogan under the name Electric Smart Automatic Training Collar Anti Barking

I paid $105, Kogan is $63.99.
They advertise as 100% satisfaction and premium quality. It’s not. They advertise as having a limited time sale. It’s not limited at all. It’s just a scam to get you to pay more for something worth a lot less. It is def not worth their RRP.

I ordered two extra collars by mistake and when I asked for an address to return them I was offered 25% refund then 50% refund then 75% refund when I asked for the address again they refunded one collar and still no address to return the second one be very wary of this company I feel they are dishonest

When I tried to cancel within ten minutes they claimed it was already shipped and could not cancel. They charged me for product I did not order and falsified the process. This is a complete scam. Claims to be a US company but is based and ships from China.

Ich habe was in den Warenkorb gelegt um zu schauen was es kostet und es wurde automatisch nach Paypal geleitet und Bezahlt !! Ich hatte nichts bestätigt was zu einem Kauf gekommen wäre !! Nach Kontakt aufnahme 2 Minuten später warte ich bis heute auf Ware oder Rückerstattung ( wobei ich um Rückerstattung gebeten habe ,das ganze war am 06.10.25 , heute ist der 29.10.25. Es ist Betrug !!!!

I would give it no stars if I could. My order should have been $60, but they padded the order with things I did not order, making my order total$130.

I called 4 MINUTES after I placed order and they would not cancel. They said it had shipped!

Too bad. I had great hope for Noobark.

Awful, the company refused to refund me and their return address is not in the UK. This is an electric shock collar and burnt my dogs neck! Please do your research and buy British and only vibration collars!
