If anyone in Australia wants to buy this collar, you need to know that it is American Dollars. I emailed suggesting they should let customers know but only get generic responses. I haven’t received the collar as yet, I basically just want customers in Australia to know it is double the cost.

Noobark ordering process and customer service is horrible. Do NOT use PayPal, there is not a final order review, the order processes immediately. Wanted to change a mistake and ended up making multiple orders due to their faulty ordering process. Called customer service to cancel the additional unwanted order. They refused to cancel saying it was too late even though it had not been shipped and no tracking number provided.
Orders arrived and took multiple attempts to get return information. Products returned, waiting to see if refund will be given. Kept 1 of the orders. This product is not fit for small dogs as indicated on their website. Return is not possible due to opening the package.

Process of ordering was fine. The collar is sturdy and fine, just not as expected. I think I would be better with the handheld remote device. It would be good to provide customers with information regarding possible returns up front. I’m returning the collar after I receive information on how to proceed.

I somehow managed to get duplicate orders and got charged for 4 bark collars, instead of just 2. So I’m sending 2 of them back for a refund.

I tried to order one collar and got charged for five. Tried to cancel immediately but told that was not possible already was in process at warehouse. Received five collars and have emailed five times trying to get return instructions for just delivered unopened collars for refund. Not getting any instructions or help. Have sent original email with order number to them but thus far nothing. This company seems to be fraudulent or a total scam with how they check out your purchase. This is very frustrating since items will not be used or will be opened. Did not even realize order had been completed until price of five collars was deducted from my PayPal account. Completion of transactions is very sketchy. This happened March 31, 2026. Have been trying ever since to get this corrected.

Great straight forward ordering experience can't day more.

I received more product than needed but they were extremely helpful in dealing with my issue.
