When I received both of the collars, we started both of my golden retrievers out on them at a four on each of the options, vibrate, shock and sound. None of the options work for them to quit barking. They recognized that the sound is there and they look at me like I have rocks in my head and continue to bark so we upped the strength of each option and nothing changed. Got up to an eight and today I just decided to stop shocking them and try something different. Not sure what that’s going to be.

The noobark collar is too large for my toy poodle
I can’t give a real rating when u ask for rating before my issue is resolved.
I ordered one bark collar today and was charged for 5 ! I tried to cancel it immediately but as it’s Easter Saturday I’ve not heard anything yet. I emailed immediately cancelling both orders. I am now waiting a reply and also a complete refund. I shall be back with an update as soon as I have one along with my refund.

The collar seemed to be well made and the instructions were easy enough to follow, but it is not a collar for medium-small to small dogs. The collar was too big for my dog even on the tightest length. To make matters worse. Getting return information has been a nightmare. They want me to pay to ship it back, which is not ideal but it’s fine. But I have asked for the address to return it twice now and I just keep getting replies telling me to keep it and they will give me a percentage of my refund (25% and 45%) I don’t want to keep something I can’t use. I want to send it back and get my FULL refund. I’m not sure why you can’t find the order with the order number I provided because the customer service rep was able to with no problem.

I reached out to return an item that I over ordered by accident. They got back to me withing minutes! Awesome service!
Tried to cancel my order.but within 4 mins of receiving the payment details I was told the order was already picked packed & shipped.Had to wait for order to arrive.then contact them again.
19 days now and still no return address given.

Customer service on phone was helpful, but follow-thru of info by email on refund was not forthcoming in the 5-10 minutes suggested. Have contacted and they wanted a survey filled out which I did before they would get return info to me. No response. They sent me two collars and as I read other reviews this seems to be a consistent problem. Beware! Instructions were difficult and took three different people to set up. It did not seem to work as expected, but will continue to try to work with dog. May end up in trying to send back both.

The instructions are hard to understand. Especially the way to ut the probes properly into place. The instruction tell me not to use the collar in temperatures below C zero. I live in Anchorage, Alaska. I walk with my dog every day outside - it is below freezing here for the better part of six months.

the noobark collar seemed to work at first but i think that was just wishfull thinking on my part. My dog zip now barks consistantly wearing the collar with all the seeting set to 8. I'd like a refund

I really looked forward to this working as I had a friend who used one with great success. Unfortunately, this dog is even too aggressive to even keep him.
Horrible experience trying to return the product for a refund. Their policy states money back guarantee if unused product returned within 30 days. Fine, except the company tactic is to stall you in email for 30 days before giving you the return address. I clearly asked for the return address and directions 6 times and they never provided it; they responded to the email with things like "please take our survey first" to "if you want to keep we'll refund you 50% of (full) cost (of course I purchased the collars for 50% off)". Their last reply gave me a return address, but it was 30 days after I received their product.
And their website is misleading - I ordered a single pair of collars and they added a second pair when it appeared that I was confirming what I had already put in the cart. I called customer support within minutes and they would not change the order, rather claiming just send it back when I receive them.
They are crooks. Find another brand - you'll be happier in the end.
