Købte en citronpresser og det er bare en så dårlig konstruktion. I løbet af 3 sekunder, sætter der sig noget frugtkød i udløbet og så kan man ikke få mere saft, før dette er fjernet. Og så er det nærmest umuligt at fjerne den del, der skal fjernes, den sidder fast og er så glad og der er intet at tage fat i. Et virkelig dårligt køb. Har forsøgt før at skrive, men hører intet

Kjøpte Russell Hobbs kaffetrakter . Jeg likte designet og at man kan sette på timer slik at kaffen er klar til man står opp. Dessverre varte kaffetrakteren bare 3 år - styr unna!

I really wish to give no stars it truly is the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered one person. Georgiana decided to ask me the same thing over and over again to the point of about 10 emails where I kept sending the stuff and she just didn’t bother to deal with it so in order that she didn’t have to just kept asking the same questions despite having got all the information many times over.

I decided not to deal with her further and to try someone else enter Andreea who was equally as confused and not helpful even though initially she seemed to be helpful.

My item I purchased had gone down to half price so she said I’d be able to purchase that item and have a surplus and be able to purchase another item to let her know what I wanted and she will arrange it. I did exactly that.
Because they the. did not wish to do that I got an email after saying that it was out of stock and I would have to purchase something else which funnily enough was a much higher price. I had explained at the time the reason I had bought that particular model was for health reasons and being able to operate the machine with my hands as opposed to other models which I would be unable to hold and operate effectively.

I had to call back on the Monday only to be told my item was now in stock and had gone back up in price and that’s all I’d be able to get.

I urged them to honour their original agreement because this guy did not seem to be able to understand English and said that he couldn’t do that and that he would speak to Andreea who would call me back. They clearly don’t know the rules of returns and replacement in their own company. This was over three hours ago have not heard anything back from them. To be perfectly honest with you I couldn’t care less whether I’ll get another product from them or not.

The Customer Service is almost as rubbish as the products that they sell avoid avoid avoid buy something else save yourself the stress.

Heb een waterkoker van hen al lange tijd in gebruik.
Nu komt de verf van de bodem los, waardoor er minuscule stukjes in het water komen. Dit kan echt niet gezond zijn.

Na een lange waslijst vullen sturen ze een automatische bericht dat we zijn nog en dan begint de ellende pas!! Een vragenlijst van hier tot Afrika (vragen slaan nergens op) en moet je naar een site gaan om de foto's en evt video's uploaden 🤬 want via email communiceren ze niet, als tot 3 dagen Russllhobbs de BESTANDEN niet gaat uploaden dan moet je opnieuw beginnen tot je finger gaat uitvallen.

Na bijna 3 jaar slowcooker naar volle tevredenheid gebruikt te hebben, ging deze helaas stuk. Contact opgenomen via mail met servicedienst en probleem binnen een dag opgelost: geheel nieuw apparaat ontvangen. KLASSE!

Købt en citruspresser, og er blevet meget skuffet over den og kan absolut ikke anbefale den.
Når man presser fx en appelsin, sætter der sig øjeblikkelig noget fast ved udgangs-hanen og der løber nærmest intet ned i den skål, man har sat under. Endvidere er det nærmest umuligt at løsne delene fra hinanden - og det er man nødt til for at få saften.

Attention. Article de très mauvaise qualité. Durée de vis limitée. L'étanchéité du bec est réalisée grâce à un cordon de silicone. Résultat: j'ai deux bouilloires donc le bec fuit après 2,5 ans d'utilisation. Je déconseille vivement cette marque qui vend des produits jetables!

I’ve bought a Russell Hobbs microwave from Asda with 1 year warranty . I have registered the product on Russell Hobbs website to benefit for an additional 1 year warranty. After 15 months the microwave didn’t heat properly so I contacted customer service who didn’t want to assist with an exchange. I am very disappointed about this brand and surely I won’t buy another appliance from them.

Took out a 3 year guarantee with our Russell Hobbs Worcester kettle in 2022. Already been replaced once, on/off switch came off. Then it happened again. After contacting Russell Hobbs (Romania!) Told to complete a questionnaire and send photos (we are not young people) and then an investigation would take place. Now received another new one but told that the guarantee ends 3 years after the original purchase NOT when when we received the replacement. Think this is unfair and unacceptable.

I received a coffee grinder as a gift, but have been unable to use - contacted Russell Hobbs for assistance which first gave me the manual that arrived with the product, then said that they could not support as it they don’t sell the product in the UK.

Ik kocht een Russell Hobbs citruspers met mijn Flying Blue Airmiles. Helaas ging hij snel kapot. Ik heb de klacht direct bij de klantenservice van Russell Hobbs ingediend. Aernout handelde de klacht heel snel af. Gisteren heb ik al de vervangende citruspers ontvangen. Top service.

Stoomkoker na 4 maanden gebruik stuk. Gekocht via Amazon
Customer service ziet er zo uit:
1. Amazon verwijst door naar de fabrikant
2. Russell Hobbs UK stuurt me een standaard antwoord op mijn melding en dan … niets
3. Op mijn reminder volgt een standaard antwoord en dan
4. Verwijzing naar Russell Hobbs België met een tel. nummer … dat niet werkt
5. Ik probeer chat, ik krijg 1 antwoord dat de ‘juiste’ persoon me gaat contacteren en dan .. niets
6. Ik laat Russell UK weten dan BE nummer niet werkt
7. Ik dien een nieuwe melding in via de website (BE denk ik)
8. Russell Hobbs laten me nu weten dat ik moet aankloppen naar Amazon.
2 maand na eerste melding geen oplossing maar van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Russell Hobbs never again

i thought that russel and hobbs were a reputable high st firm, but,my opinion has done a u turn. falling from grace with their 5 in one oven. brand new washed the backing trays, put them on a rack to dry. little while later, came to put them back in the oven, and they had gone rusty. i thought that they were stainless steel. but no. they are of such poor quality if I cooked, I could end up with a disease. i have not used the oven yet due to the question of safety.
the technology is good, but this company is seemingly exploiting it for ill gains. they themselves, ought to be put on the rack, or at beat, hung out to dry...
when I phoned up their customer services. turned out to be a dissident, who could hardly speak english

I bought a Russell Hobbs breadmaker from a retailer. Worked very well for 14 months then went wrong. The company were very helpful and sent a replacement with no hassle.

Im Juli 2021 habe ich eine Kaffeemaschine von Russel Hobbs gekauft. Es ist bereits die zweite Kaffeemaschine dieser Firma, da ich mit der Handhabung und dem Kaffeegeschmack zufrieden war. Nach dem Kauf wurde mir eine Garantieverlängerung für ein weiteres Jahr angeboten, die ich in Anspruch genommen habe. Leider ist die Kaffeemaschine Anfang August 2024 kaputt gegangen, d. h. das Wasser aus dem Wassertank ist ausgelaufen. Nachdem ich an das Unternehmen eine Mail geschrieben und den Defekt der Kaffeemaschine geschildert habe, erhielt ich sehr schnell Antwort und nach einigen weiteren Angaben wurde mir kostenlos eine neue Kaffeemaschine zugeschickt. Das finde ich sehr großzügig. Ich bin mit dem Produkt weiterhin sehr zufrieden genau wie mit dem Kundenservice von Russel Hobbs.

I brought a glass on gas Russe hobbs hob back in 2022 from curry’s. Everything was fine except around December last year the large left burner started to not work as efficiently and basically stopped working. Also there was this problem that all russell hobb hobs had with the gas to hob valve which was faulty and a serious threat as it could cause fires and explosions. In January someone came in to look at that from British Gas but they didn’t change the part like they said they would and only tightened the valve leaving it still dangerous. I have to three year warranty for this hob btw. Last Friday the entire glass shattered completely and it was NOT in use. I called russell Hobbs that same day and they sed they’re passing it to the technical team and would call me back. They called me the next day telling me to call another number on Monday which I did but they were closed due to bank holiday. I called again Tuesday and they sed they would send me an email to reply back with pictures and order confirmations within a couple minutes. 5 hours had passed no call back no email so I called them again and they said the email didn’t send and sent it to me again I received the email and did as they asked. They didn’t call back that day or the next even though they sed they will let me know first thing the next day. So I called them again on Wednesday and they sed they need even more pictures which I then provided and they sed they would call me back. Today I received and email saying it looked like accidental damage and they can’t do anything about it and I should get in contact with curry’s. I called them as they said they were going to call but they never did and just sent and email instead. The lady on the phone said they can’t do anything at all as accidental damage isn’t covered by their warranty. I’m sorry but I had stated multiple times that it can’t be accidental damage if it wasn’t in use but they just weren’t having it saying the pictures indicated there was impact on the left hand side. How can it be accidental damage if it wasn’t in use at all on Friday or even Saturday evening and night. I just hung up the phone and proceeded to write this review. This was one of the most frustrating experience I have ever had and these customer service people were not helpful at all. They say they will do something and either don’t do it or do something completely different. Also for the past almost week they’ve been juggling me around over the phone saying call this person call that person or we’ll tell this team and let you know or we’ll tell that team and let you know and they didn’t even let me know. It was very poor customer service and I am not happy with it at all. Please refrain from buying from russell Hobbs and save yourself the aggravation, time, and money.

Hand whisk so badly designed. I agree with Tommy T. The whisk won’t stand up on end when you need to put it down. The ridiculous 6 speeds are: very fast, faster, and slightly faster than that with no noticeable variability or control suggested by the silly 6 numbers! Why?? What if I want a slow speed? Why claim to have 6 when really it manages 1. Still, It will whisk up eggs or a cake no trouble. Very messy. I just suggest some rethink over who they employ to design such an embarrassment. It would be so easy to create a good one.
