Great reliable products….easy to order and timely delivery

It was my 20 something children who suggested I should buy cocktails for their visit…at my expense of course!
Easy to order albeit I hadn’t heard of many of them apart from classics such as Whisky Sour and Gin Gimlet. Pretty good communication via email and hey presto a few days later they’re delivered to my doorstep.
Easy to dispense in what is innovative packaging although a pair of scissors is better than trying to tear which never quite went to plan.

We really love NIO cocktails . They were delivered to our door in prefect shape and they are sophisticated cocktails that our friends love equally .
Simple to pour ( Needs Ice Only ) , they are quick and easy to enjoy !

These are definitely 'bar quality' cocktails; wide selection, easy to order, prompt delivery, fair price. Customer service is great too. What more could you ask for?

Purchased a box of cocktails as a ‘letterbox gift’ to be delivered to my nephew’s flat. Evri dumped the box on the pavement of the busy street outside the apartment block instead of putting it safely into the letterbox: unsurprisingly the parcel was not received. Nio explained that this is very unusual and I could either have my money back or they would resend. Decided to resend ensuring I clicked on the ‘letterbox delivery’ option on Evri App but the same thing happened again. This time Nio refused to help: no refund no help. So it’s been a complete waste of my time and money and my nephew is still without a gift. Very sad. I will never use this company again.

We were given NIO cocktails as a Christmas present last year and enjoyed them so much decided to buy some for a Christmas present this year. Prompt delivery.

Package secure with complete order and the product needs no words amazing

Delivery was quick and they have a wide selection of cocktails however the customer service leaves much to be desired.
I have tried to initiate the refund process (nothing wrong with the product it is just no longer needed). They responded straight away at first however it has now been 4 days since I asked for the process to start and I have had no further contact. I have now sent 3 unanswered emails. Considering you only have a week from delivery to ask for a refund you would think they would have a better process in place. They are now just ignoring me. I would not recommend based on the customer service.

Edit - it has now been a week since I requested the refund process to start and they are still refusing to progress it, basically meaning they are refusing my refund as the only way to return the product is through them organising it. I keep getting emails saying that they will and then they do nothing. Do not use this company.

Not only are the cocktails fabulous (husbands opinion, he was gifted for birthday), but as the purchaser I absolutely applaud their customer service. My first package was damaged in the post, and it was replaced immediately- by a genuinely friendly caring customer service agent. Best customer service ANYWHERE! and as I said my husband says the cocktails are spectacular. 5 stars and then some from us!

My cocktail box arrived with one Negroni cocktail damaged and leaking thus ruining the whole box and stinking out my office, I immediately emailed the company and they have not responded - very disappointed this could happen and the lack of communication - In your response below you say you have not received the 2 emails I sent = so I have sent it a 3rd time - perhaps you will now respond?

Love their margaritas though they are a little pricey I can't help myself returning to buy more. I like that you get the rewards with some money off for the next purchase.

This company Offer great products and a fantastic delivery service , they keep you fully informed at every stage when your order has been placed, if you select from the special offers you can get some very good deals.

Update - just received an email saying that as my issue wasn't isolated they will reinstate the lost points. Glad they have done the right thing but either their bot or their customer service agents need to be more customer focused.

Received a email saying that my Reward Points were would expire next week so went to place order so as to not lose them only to find they had been removed already.

On contacting the company I was told that the date on the email was incorrect and they were removed last month but as per their policy they were not able to reinstate them.

You get such a good choice of cocktails and they arrived quickly and very well packaged. The cocktails are delicious and there is definately something for everyone

Really great range of cocktails to discover and enjoy. Just received our third order since discovering Nio and looking forward to trying some we haven't had and enjoying some favourites! Prompt service and delivery. Had email update, surprisingly addressed to someone else, but had immediate response once flagged with apology. Thank you and cheers!

Poor service, would not recommend, cannot be contacted easily and when they do reply to emails they get your name wrong and don't do as they say they would. I asked them to change a house number for the order, they assured me they had and would resend, but did not resend until chased up again and then sent to same incorrect address. No telephone number to ring so can't speak to a person.
