I’ve ordered from Nio several times…on my latest order there was a delivery issue and I didn’t receive part of my order. I contacted Nio who were super helpful in immediately resolving the issue in time for my event. Fantastic customer service, exceptional cocktails and great value…top marks all round.

Nio Cocktails are the perfect gift for yourself and others. Their drinks are strong, yet tasty. I have had an excellent experience ordering online and navigating their website. When I ran into an issue with a mis-delivery Tisha was very quick to resolve it for me, she was very helpful, checked in with me, and overall gave me an excellent customer experience. My only request is that they bring back the ‘Clementea’ cocktail soon!

Easy to order and prompt delivery. A great present idea

Not only are the cocktails delicious, but the customer service is excellent! I ordered three of the gin cocktails as a gift, but mistakenly entered the wrong address. Tisha and the customer service team were quick to correct my mistake and the gift arrived on time.

I have been ordering from NIO for a number of years - mostly as treats for friends and family. The cocktails are easy to order and always appreciated. For the first time ever, there was a problem with a delivery - the package was found by the postie to be leaking. Within 24 hours, Tisha at NIO HQ arranged a replacement within 24 hours. Brilliant!

There’re so many different ready made cocktail brands out there, I’ve tried a lot of them, but Nio is head and shoulders above the rest. Unlike the others these are as though freshly made by a mixologist. A real treat.

I was absolutely delighted to receive my NIO cocktail selection box in the post. What a brilliant idea for a gift that is so special and different! Each cocktail is beautifully packaged in a neat plastic pouch and comes in an attractive sleeve with a super explanation of what you are drinking, its derivation and design. A perfect amount of information to enhance the experience but not overwhelm! I don't usually drink cocktails as I tend to think that I would probably need so many different spirits, mixers and paraphernalia - I put it in the ‘too hard basket’ - so this has made it all very accessible for me. It's just so much fun to try lots of different things you simply wouldn't otherwise do. They pour beautifully, are delicious and I totally recommend to anyone try or gift!

I have been a NIO customer since lockdown - the cocktails are consistently delicious and also make brilliant gifts. The customer service is also excellent. Recently I received a box where one of the sachets had burst. These things happen - when I contacted them the company could not have been more responsive and efficient, and replaced the whole box within 2 days. Highly recommended!
