Kimmie was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. I'm new to buying indicators. I had a 'great' problem signing in and downloading my purchase; but with Hannah's expert communication (even though we did not have sound) - she allowed me ample time to type and ask any question. 'My' issue rests with the fact that I did not understand the 'intent of creating a password' to access my account. Anyway, Hannah expediently sorted the issues. I'm a happy camper!

But..she was 30 minutes late to our meeting because her boss held her up...Guess he wasn't concerned about keeping a customer waiting for 30 minutes. I almost left. I think because of his inconsideration he should throw in the Captain optimus strong semi auto system..what do y'all think ?
