Hannah helped last night to add some new indicators available on their new Zilla Trader Platform. So far, I really like the layout and responsiveness of the platform, very easy interface to get used to. I look forward to making more use of Zilla Trader as it keeps getting better! I purchased Zephyrus Force from Ninza. It is an absolutely amazing indicator and a lot of work went into making the retracement signals very precise.

I had difficulty at first because I simply had no idea what I was doing. Luckily (even with the fact she was on the other side of the planet!) Flora walked me through setup and and addressed my questions and helped me out. This wasn't a "5 minutes and done"- this was over the span of several days and she was helpful and happy to assist the entire way. I am still tweaking the Poseidon to work best for my trading style but find it amazing so far! Thanks Flora!

I worked with Sunny in respect to Ninza's OB/OS Order Flow Tracker Indicator. I was impressed with her know how and advice regarding the how she had used the indicator and where she had found the best results. Also her constantly follow up until everything was resolved. It was a refreshing experience.

I purchased two trading programs a while back. Due to some personal issues, I have not traded using them. However, as far as the company and the people I have interacted with, especially Hannah, they have been great. They have offered to help me in any way I needed, either by setting up the software, helping me use it, or resolving any issues that might arise. I will review again if I am allowed, once I start using the program. But as far as the people and the company, so far I’d give then an A+.

If you need help AND products that actually help! Ninza is the place to be! You'll spend less time figuring things out and spend more time with **proper trading**. Their customer service is available and eager to help. I like their ATR Ordering system along with King Order block very much. Let the system size your orders for you instead of pulling out a calculator, you just enter max risk in $'s. Set pending orders in/near order blocks or enter/exit manually, the indicators are great. Change accounts quickly and you'll see that in chart trader the account changed there too.. Highly recommend KingRenko$, ATR Ordering & King Order Block.

My experience with Ninza’s products has been excellent. They’re high quality and offer plenty of customization, so I can adapt them to my style and preferences. The products are also very complete, and I appreciate that most come with a manual to help me understand how to use them.

Ninza has provided the best customer service I’ve received from any company I’ve dealt with. One thing that makes them stand out is that they assign you a support representative. In my case, that’s Flora, who is always helpful and patient in answering all my questions even though I know I ask a lot of them!

I had encountered an installation error that prevented my Ninza indicator from properly loading for me to continue. Ms. Hannah was gracious enough to fit me into her packed schedule for assistance. Otherwise, I would have lost additional trading time. She was able to remote into my system, complete a full analysis, and had my issues quickly resolved within less than the allocated 30-minute window. Ms. Hannah's professionalism and skilled technical expertise were exemplary throughout our session. I was very satisfied with her willingness to answer my many questions and even provide preventative recommendations. I would gladly recommend Ninza to others after such a wonderful experience.
