NINZA Trading Arvostelua

I've had a great experience with ninza.co, and a big reason is the outstanding support from Hannah. She is incredibly responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Whether I need assistance with indicator settings or advice on choosing the best indicator for my trading style, she's there to guide me, often day or night.

Ninza.co continues to develop innovative, high-quality trading indicators, and Hannah's professional knowledge of their products makes them even more valuable. It's refreshing to work with a company that combines excellent tools with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend ninza.co to any trader looking for reliable indicators and outstanding support.

Excellent Technical Assistance

Five stars for Hannah! I was having a lot of trouble getting my Multi Time Frame Indicator installation to set up properly, but Hannah saved the day. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire technical troubleshooting process step-by-step until everything was perfectly resolved. She quickly identified and resolved the technical issues I was experiencing with my indicator installation. Her guidance was clear, professional, and incredibly helpful.

Excellent customer service—thank you, Hannah!

This is a great company, I've purchased many indicators from them. Flora and Hannah always treat me well, and they have something for every trading style. Recently purchased KingDOM which simplies order flow and makes it much easier to use and understand. Their indicators all have exposed ninjascript signals so they work well with automation as well. Worth your time to check out their site!

Ask for Grace. You will be in good hand. She helps a lot and is very kind!

Grace was the best at giving me online support for Easy Trend and Multi Timeframe Fusion at 3am in the morning I had tried to get support through email and other sources for 2 days . Very frustrated!! She quickly solved the problem through Chat in 2 minutes. NINZA is very fortunate to have her as an employee!!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Hannah Wu from ninZa.co.
From the very beginning, Hannah has been incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. Every question I've had has been answered quickly and thoroughly, and she's always been patient, courteous, and genuinely interested in finding the best solution. It's refreshing to receive this level of customer support, especially when dealing with trading software, where timely assistance can make a real difference.
I'm also very impressed with the quality of ninZa.co's indicators and automated trading systems. They are thoughtfully designed, reliable, and continuously supported. It's clear that the team puts a great deal of effort into creating tools that traders can rely on.
Excellent products combined with exceptional customer service are a rare combination, and Hannah is a big part of what makes ninZa.co stand out. Thank you for all your help and dedication. I highly recommend ninZa.co to anyone looking for high-quality trading tools backed by outstanding support.

Hannah has a great personality and is very professional in knowing about ninza co indicators and was very helpful in setting up the ATM in the ninjatrader platform for me

I have many NinZaco indicators, but one in particular is indispensable: Deepstack Confluence. With experimenting, it can combine several indicators and several timeframes/bar types to give great signals. For example, EasyTrend with PanaKanal and Superior ADX/DMI is just one of several I find good. Thanks too to NinZaco rep Kimmie H for all her helpful suggestions (without pressure) and assistance with some deals.

I already left a review, but I will have to remark again that support level provided by Grace and the rest of the team is outstanding. With their last product NewHorizon I'm killing them with tons of questions, and with possible added feature and each questions and enquiry is followed up by the team.
It is hard to find other company with this level of customer support after the product is sold.

Great products and customers services are really quick and efficient! Thanks Ninza team!

The support that Grace gives are just exceptional, no matter how bad I mess things up, she is very kind and gets it right. I couldn't operate this system without her very valuable support.

I had an amazing experience learning from Hannah today. She taught me very well and was extremely helpful. I now know everything that I originally had not known pain free!

Excellent company very innovative indicators I've tried many different vendors and Ninza are top tier. Very low resource and highly customizable accurate indicators that have helped me become a better trader. Their service has been so friendly and helpful anytime I've needed help with orders or questions they have been right there with a response. I also love that they verify active indicator licenses in a seamless way so my tools always work when i need them. Would recommend to anyone who is a serious trader!

As a trader, finding reliable tools that actually improve your edge is incredibly difficult. Ninza.co delivers on all fronts. They offer an unbeatable combination of top-tier indicator performance, responsive support, and honest pricing.
• Indicators: The precision and logic behind these indicators are outstanding. Signals are clean, charts load quickly without lag, and the tools integrate seamlessly into my daily routine. They have vastly improved my market clarity.
• Customer Service: They respond quickly, provide clear answers, and genuinely care about helping you optimize your setup. Their support team is fantastic.
• Pricing: Unlike many companies in the trading space that charge astronomical monthly subscriptions, their pricing model is incredibly fair. You get professional-grade software for affordable prices. They even have free indicators.
I highly recommend them to any trader looking to upgrade their toolkit!

I would highly recommend Ninza Co for great indicators that work with a range of trading styles. I have been working with Hannah for over a year now and she is always attentive to assisting me with purchase decisions and follow up help with settings and any questions I have about getting indicators running smoothly. I am very grateful for all she has done for me.

I have worked with Hannah who expertly setup my purchased indicators and systems. She is very knowledgeable and adept with the skills to smoothly help get up and running to actually trade quite quickly. I do wish that ninZa.co could better explain all the extensive parameter features individually that influence the signal generation. Other than that, I will continue to work with Hannah for future purchases.

Ninza.co has incredible indicators and I wish I had found out about them much earlier. Hard to choose from sometimes, because they have so many good ones. I use Solar Wave, Infinity Algo Engine, Sonar Iceberg Finder and Quantum Vol-Delta right now. It definitely helps to read the market better and gives clear trading signals that filter the market noise and help me to be successful. Most of all I am happy about the support they offer. I always get great, professional and friendly support from Flora Smith. She is always there to help in any way, without it, I would be lost :-). This company has incredible indicators and is very professional in every way. I sure don't want to miss it and can recommend it in every way.

I've tested dozens of trading indicators over the years, and most are either repainted garbage or abandoned after purchase. This company is the real deal.

The indicators are clean, logical, and consistent—no disappearing signals or hindsight bias. The strategies come with clear rules and realistic backtests that actually hold up in live trading. I've been using their core setup for six months, and it's made a real difference.

But the support is what sets them apart. Responses come within hours, not days. They've helped me troubleshoot alerts, adjust parameters, and even showed me where I was misusing a strategy. When I reported a bug, they pushed a fix in under 48 hours.

If you're tired of overpriced, repainting nonsense, buy from these guys. Great tools and support that actually cares—rare in this industry.

I purchased QuantZone,Romantick Pulse, and combined them with Infinity Algo Engine$.
This combination was the recomendation from Cute Flora and I could not be happier. The test period has provided really good results.
Cute Flora helped with the installation and made sure everything was working well. The products that are supplied by Ninza.co are amazing and priced reasonably.
One on one support that has been given by Cute Flora has been truly beneficial and so rare in a world turning to AI.

Grace to the rescue. Always available and ready to jump in, connect and sort out issues due to my lack of understanding. If I went at it alone, I would cause more damage and confusion. Thank you Grace.
